Unfortunately I wasn’t able to try any of the food here twice. I’ve heard mixed reviews and just I’ve been hesitant on trying. Im not originally from FL so after passing by early morning around 4am, I saw the lights on and decided to order. It said closed visit another location on the speaker so assumed they’re closed until breakfast time. With no communication I received a breakfast reward in my account. The second time I figured they’re definitely open maybe it was just for breakfast so I’ll use the rewards and place a mobile order. It said it was being made so I made my way to the store. Well I got there at 2pm same thing happened again. Not only did it say my order was being made and completed, I couldn’t cancel it because I need to call or visit the store. Both of which are impossible since they’re no employees and the phone number is out of service. So not only did I lose my rewards but I lost my money, time and gas. I have contacted them over several times on their contact form and still haven’t heard anything about my refund or any type of apology for the inconvenience. Just like this morning, I’ll just continue to take my business elsewhere. *Update* I requested a refund from my bank but still haven’t gotten contacted from the company or location. I’ve since deleted the entire Krystal account

We pulled in drive-thru and told to order at window. Placed an order for a 24 pack of burgers (no onions) and told 15 minutes wait time. Well, 30 minutes later I walked inside and was told the last few were being put together. So I asked for a cup to get water and the guy offer me a soda to compensate for our time. It was a good thing he did as my blood sugar had dropped drastically. Service was very friendly but way too slow

We went through drive thru in Jacksonville the frys looked and tasted like the oil needed to be changed they were horrible I ordered my crystals with no onions they put onions and no pickles we were pulled up only car in drive thru which was fine but all that time for the wrong food. The chilli pup was good I just went across the street to Captain D’s 25$ at crystals $4.65 at cap ds and their food was hot and good sorry I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I mean

I placed my order online. When I arrived it wasn’t ready. When I received my order and had left, something told me to check my order. SURPRISE it was wrong, yep I turned around and went back to get my order corrected. The employee was not very polite or seemed to care. When I arrived back at my hotel room I noticed the food was cold and stale. I haven’t had Krystals in over a year and was really craving them and to get this was very disappointing.

First off let me just say I’m only giving them a one-star because they don’t give me an option for 0. Start it off at the drive-thru with the drive-thru person with a complete attitude, reminded me of them not wanting to be at work that day. The food was nasty, over cooked, eggs were burned, bacon hard and grits were so runny that you could of slurped them with a straw, and the 3 eggs breakfast that my husband ordered did not come with the biscuit like the screen indicated it did. and we were given an attitude when asked for extra salt and pepper. Our roadie sweet tea we ordered came with lids that were too big and no one told us about this when we ordered. Now we are risking our outfits by trying not to spill our drinks on us. Worse $26.00 we have ever spent. Krystal, we want and deserve a refund!
