It would have been nice to have had Krystal’s but unfortunately, after driving 30 minutes from Bunnell, they refused to honor their National Ad. I had an email offering the Sakful of 12 Krystal’s for $12. And $3 additional for cheese. I had planned on purchasing 3 sakfuls along with 3 large tots and a 44oz drink for the trip back to Bunnell.
While it would have only been an additional $12 without the coupon deal, I refused to pay the extra. Their prices are already high but with the Corporate offering it made it more budget friendly. The employee was polite but offered no explanation or solution other than the manager would be back on Monday. It was for a gathering Saturday afternoon and Monday does not provide any solution for today. Ironically, the coupon was valid until Monday. …. I returned to Bunnell and purchased food from a LOCAL restaurant. Of course my friends were somewhat disappointed by not having Krystal’s, they were however eager to have been provided food that supported our local community. I’m real close to ending my 50+ year loyal relationship with Krystal’s.

Didn’t go inside, went through the drive through. The attendant was patient and made sure they got my order down right and made sure I was finished. Pricing is fair,customer service was excellent, and the food was great. Glad to go to a place, with good food good staff and good customer service. No complaints. Keep up the good work.

The food was made wrong twice , and when the GM was called up to handle the disgruntled customer he refused to give us his name and reassured us its not a corporate store – but that he was the only person I can speak too. He has no boss according to him. Proceeded to continue his power trip of withholding his and his employees name until I pulled out my camera and started recording which is where he decided to force us to leave instead of attempting to resolve the issue whatsoever. Mocked us calling us ” unintelligent ” and many other things. The man he was giving a hard time just had his toe amputated and had been standing at the front waiting for our food to be sent back for the second time and was rightfully frustrated with the lack of compassion alongside the terrible quality of the food. The poor owner of this establishment… ill be letting everyone know not to go there. And ill never set foot inside of a krystals again.

Stood in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting to order before walking out. They kept taking drive thru orders but never ours. When we walked out they had 2-3 cars pulled up waiting on the drive thru also.

I was so happy I randomly stopped at Krystals 4 food!!! The service here was great, well kept clean everywhere including bathrooms, great employees, and my food was freshly made delicious!!! perfect spot for a quick yummy meal or the Munchies!!

This location looks fairly new or remodeled. Overall, the food and appearance showed that the employees cared about the presence.
However, the staff appeared to have no leadership. They were unorganized and rushing to fulfill orders, but at a turtle pace.
The disorganization is hurting this store. It was not super busy, but you would think they had 100 cars in drive through from the look of the chaos in the store.
I would come back, but I would hope to see a change at how they fulfill orders. Customers don’t like disorderly lines and long waits for fast food.
