Shaun had Great customer service. he was very friendly respectful and helpful. The store was very clean. I tried this Krystal for the first time just over a week ago. Since then, I have been back 3 times they got me addicted. Their spicy chik is amazing and they have made it fresh every single time. I don’t mind a 3 to 4 minute wait for fresh food and that’s what it’s been every single time, no more than 3 or 4 minutes. My food has been hot, fresh and delicious. The employees have been nothing but friendly. Twice I’ve gone through the drive thru and I have not waited more than 10 minutes total, in line, at the window and waiting for food. Once I went in to get my food and I waited about five minutes. Seriously, this fast food place is a good one. I tried them because I saw someone say they had a new manager and that the place was great. I would have to agree. It is great and I will continue to go back again and again.By the way, keep that manager!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing drive-thru employee Shawn who helped me today at Krystal’s. From the moment I pulled up, they were friendly, patient, and had such a great attitude. My order was taken quickly, everything was accurate, and the food came out fresh and hot.
What really stood out was how upbeat and genuine they were — it’s not every day you see someone smiling and spreading good energy through a drive-thru window! They made what could’ve been an ordinary stop feel like a great experience.
Big shoutout to Shawn for going above and beyond and representing Krystal’s so well. Excellent customer service like that deserves to be recognized!

We visited at 7:30PM on 11/25/25. This is our third visit since the new crew took over operations of this location. The Manager is Paul and he always helpful and pays attention to the details of the customer. He is always there. I almost believe he works 24 hours a day! He has a great crew. The food prep area was clean and orderly. The order was ready in less than 5 minutes; hot an fresh. They even delivered the order to the table. The lobby was clean and stocked. We noticed as we left the store that the outside parking area was totally free from trash and debris. Whom ever is the new owner and new general manager made some good choices for employees. The crew works very hard. Prior to our first return visit two weeks ago, we had not been to this location in three years due to the laziness of the people that previously ran the operation. It is well managed now. Keep it up. I recommend if you have not been to the Lake City Krystal lately, you should go. Load the Krystal App and you will get rewards for free food. I wish them luck and they have at least two customers who will visit often.

Oh my goodness! Just had the cutest voice take my order at the drive through! Turns out it’s an employee named Shaun M. Shaun IDK if you have a professional voice actor background or not but that was the most FUN order I’ve ever had in my 50 years. THANK YOU for giving me the time I needed to order, offering me those 2 for $3 apple pies, and being willing to answer my questions and fulfill my requests! AWESOME JOB!
