Editing for clarity. The last time I ordered wings, I got chicken sandwiches instead. My receipt showed I had ordered wings but I was too far down the road and running a little late to turn around. The sandwiches were ok, but that hot Mayonnaise was a hot mess. It would be better plain with the option of mayo packets. So, 3 stars for the service. The place was clean, so I’ll change that to 4 stars. No offense, but 4 stars is good for Krystal burgers. It’s not 5-star, high class fare. Keep doing the good stuff the right way. Work on the service to be sure customers get what they order and maybe next time it’ll be a 4- or 5-star experience. By the way, the only other time I bought the wings, they were excellent! That’s why I was disappointed.

The food was good. The customer service needs work, though. The girl working the front didn’t listen to what I was ordering. She then walked off without handing me my cup. The girl working the drive thru had to come up to help us. She was awesome. Most of the time, we have good customer service, but this last time we didn’t.

Service was quick, friendly, and professional. I ordered a huge sack of burgers with 2 fries, and asked to add 2 extra orders of fries. I only got 1 extra order of fries, but I was too lazy to go driving back through. The food was hot and good. The fries needed some salt, in my opinion. My kids really loved the food.

Y’all, I found out not too long ago that Krystal has some of the best breakfast in town. I ordered a three egg breakfast platter with grits and sausage. I never would have thought that breakfast from Krystal would be as good or even better than Cracker Barrel, but it is. If you get the chance, and you’re hungry for some good “diner type” breakfast, you should stop in.

I wasn’t immediately greeted upon entering. I will say the register attendant showed up with a smile and apologized for not being there when I walked in. Order was taken and delivered within 5 minutes. Everything was hot and delicious.

Funny never grew up with Crystal burgers. Don’t know what all the hype is about it’s just a small weird looking piece of square meat on a small roll so what if you pay whatever the price was for 10 or 12 of them equals probably one or two burgers I think I’d rather go somewhere where you can buy a regular hamburger. But that’s just my opinion so sorry for all you Crystal Burger lovers out there
