Sometimes, you get that special craving for a Krystal burger. Today was that day for us. This is the first time I have visited this Krystal. Very clean. Our Krystal burgers ‘hit the spot’ for us.

Terrible. You wait in line forever even though there is NEVER anyone else in line. The store always looks closed because there is no customers but yet it takes so long to get food. I don’t like it. It is not like other Krystal restaurants. This location is a waste.

My biggest problem is consistency. I go in the evening, and it’s a 50/50 shot of the sliders being soggy and not nearly hot enough, or being perfect. I’ve never had a problem with their chili cheese pups though. I’m happy we have a Krystals, but I wish every time I went it was amazing. Much like alot of fast food in town rather than on the interstate, it really varies in quality wildly every time you go. I will admit, you can get in and out easily, but it’s because it’s always dead.

I didn’t get the lady’s name at the drive-thru, but she noticed my navy hat, thank me for my service, and said that her dad had served in the Navy also. She was very friendly and had a great personality. Plus, the food was hot and freshly made. I wish all fast food restaurants were like this one.

Honestly, I rarely eat fast food anymore. I have been making the effort to find healthier options, but I was working on a project and was in town for parts. The temperature was in the high 90s, and I was in my truck that day with no a/c. I was thirsty and a little hungry, so when I noticed the Krystal was busy for inside dining, I pulled in. I also don’t normally eat out alone, saving that experience and expense for socializing and sharing a meal with others.
I did enjoy my meal at the Dublin Krystal very much. The staff provided great service, and the food was just as I remembered. I was the only in store customer being in-between traditional meal hours, so I enjoyed a nice quiet meal.
