Stopped in on the Krystal in Thomson GA. Ordered the 12 Krystal’s with cheese. When I received my order the burgers were cold. I sent the burgers back in to the store through the drive thru however I walked inside to retrieve them. The workers were recooking the entire burger and putting them between new buns . Bread was hardened from being cooked . One worker didn’t have any gloves or hairnet on. She also was the drive through worker so while other customers were ordering she was making annoyed faces and yelling for them to hurry and order while her mic was off. The grill worker also didn’t have a hairnet on. The experience overall was very disappointing and distasteful.

I stopped this morning to get breakfast. The customer service but the food was horrible. I ordered two sunrisers with also a scrambler bowl and the food was dried out and old. The bread was stale. The sausage was dried out. The eggs were cold. The cheese was not melted. I’m not understanding how is that this establishment isn’t serving cook to order breakfast?! This will be a place I will avoid when I’m ever in town. My money was wasted.

we were driving through from a concert in Virginia in Atlanta and it was late. I think we didn’t even hit the drive through till maybe 2:00. they were 24 hours, because we were driving back to North Carolina we ordered about I’d say it was definitely over 100 burgers you know the sliders…. we also got bacon cheeseburgers it was delicious. my friends daughter was named after it. spells it same and everything they’re super nice.

Came around noon on a weekend when there were only 2 other cars in the drive thru. After 20 minutes in line, I still hadn’t been able to place my order. I left but can’t imagine how long I would have been waiting had I stayed. Whoever is in charge needs to staff their shifts better.

To go order that tasted like it was at least a couple hours old. Got four original Krystals and threw away two. Young lady working the counter was exceptional but the other two employees should be replaced. Male sitting in dining area looking at his phone and female working the back acted like she didn’t want to be there.

Lady at the window was super courteous. She gets a star for this restaurant. Order was not correct with two items. Waited for 25 minutes to order and get our food. That is way too long for interstate travelers like us. We will not be stopping there again. Plus they add 4% surcharge for processing your charge card. What restaurant does that to their customers??? So I paid in cash.

Poor customer service. We pull up and no greeting, told to “go ahead” presumably with my order, severe attitude, once ordered and arriving at the window to pay the window tenant opens the window and stares at me without a singal word … after about 30 seconds of staring window tenant asks “what”
Before an argument or issue could really break out I calmly said “I am not doing this” and drove off.
I get people have bad days but even a modicum of polite and respectful behavior should be used when in the workplace.
Will not be going back here.

Stopped by here on my way back from a work trip restaurant seemed to be short staffed so I’m basing my review on food and atmosphere. Food was great everything seemed to be cooked to order so it took longer than expected but was worth the wait . I give a 4 star for the atmosphere as it was in need of a little background music and the lobby could use a little cleaning as the floor was wet in several places. But all in all we eat at restaurants for the food and this place did the food right . Would definitely stop by again maybe not if I was in a hurry .
