I’m only leaving a review because the black lady working in the drive thru window at 11:11am today (sorry I don’t know her name, make sure y’all get the right person!!!) (2-26-26) is so damn nice and patient. She needs a raise. I have never been to a Krystals and had any one like her. Definitely the greatest employee y’all and the rest of Krystals in Georgia have. She’s at the wrong place. She deserves a better job. Y’all don’t know what you have . Make sure you treat her right to keep her, whether it’s a raise or promotion. I guarantee she’s the reason people return. She has such a warm presence about her

I’m not sure what your company has done to this location, but the changes have abysmal results. It appears from an outside perspective as if you obliterated the staff and kept one very good worker but have not supplemented any help except for management who are not helpful nor knowledgeable. I just witnessed a different customer order their Krystals with no onions and when he received them he had to bring them back to the counter, as they had onions. The male manager in a black and yellow shirt told the customer to make sure they weren’t just on the edge of the sandwiches and then didn’t even apologize to the gentleman customer when he was shown the presence of said onions. I have never seen such blatant disregard for customer service, and will no longer contribute my hard earned money to this establishment. Plus, they are very clearly trying to fudge their drive thru numbers by having every single drive thru customer pull forward past the window, resulting in even longer wait times, even more exhausted employees, and dissatisfied patrons. Mismanagement has ruined this location.

It had been a while since I had Krystal and there was a bit of nostalgia that had me roll the dice and try it today. The service was very friendly, however the prices are high compared to what you get. Part of my order was left out, and this is after they had me pull into a spot to wait for my food. The food was alright, not warm, not great, but it was…. Food.

Ordered 2 chik with cheese and it took 25min to get my order. Manager did apologize for the long wait, she did put a lil extra in bag, which I do appreciate, but when I got back to work, I had 2 spicy chik sandwich and I dont eat spicy food. I gave to my coworker cause I didn’t wanna go back and wait the long. I sent the company an review on their website and asked to respond back….still no answer. I will not stop at this location again.

I’m giving them a 2 for only one reason. Food was good and hot. The customer service was good. The kicker is, this is a restaurant. The two employees I saw had their masks around there chin not covering their face. The worst part is the guy who put my krystal’s in the bag had no gloves on and he grabbed the krystal’s on the inside of the box. I couldn’t bring myself to eat them. Such a waste. I struggled between a 1 or 2, but I save my 1’s when I don’t see anything go right.

I entered the establishment instead of going through the drive thru because I was going to ask for my food to be made fresh, and I was trying to courteous to the business about the drive through time. I asked for all the food to be made fresh because the last time I ordered from here my food was cold when I got home and I only live 11 minutes away. The lady at the counter was very nice about cooking it fresh but the other two workers scolded. I know that Krystal’s take 15 minutes to cook and was prepared to wait, but I ended up waiting for almost double that time just to have my food lukewarm and my order incorrect. I will not be revisiting this establishment and advise everyone else not to either because they obviously do not care about customer service.
