Went through drive thru. When I went to pick up my food. The young girl went to hand me my food and did not have a hold of the bag good enough. It ripped open and my food went everywhere. I asked her about replacing my order, seeing it was her fault. She and her manager said it was my fault. So I got stuck with half my order that was not edible. I will never go back again. Period. I have never seen such disrespect towards a costumer in a restaurant.

Paid over $30 for 12 little krystal’s, they were all soggy. The person taking our order said maybe 2 words the entire time. I also asked for a chick which was left out. NOT WORTH $30. much less even $15.

Lady at the drive thru was short and slightly rude. Couldn’t even order fully due to her telling us to pull up and she would have the total after every item. Then we get the food and this is what my daughter’s pup looked like. I couldn’t let her eat it so I wasted my money and my daughter didn’t get to eat her hotdog. It looks like this would probably make someone sick.

Great employees I come here ALOT when I go on break and get lunch foods good love the loaded bacon cheese and ranch fries managers are eh seem really negative and in a bad mood we’ll the ones I met. Love the servers and maybe 1or 2 of the managers. Never been disappointed with this Krystal and the people here. My favorites are Stacey and Kassey These two are great

They’re like everyone other restaurant and have had to go up on their prices bc of the economy. It just amazes me that all of these fast food restaurants are now just as expensive as the higher end go in and sit down restaurants. I love to eat a Krystal slider but it never fails that I always regret it the next day.
