I have stopped by this exact location multiple times over the years throughout my travels. The last time I was here was approximately 6 months ago and everything was great. I stopped again today 3/9/25 and the place is in dissaray! Holes in the bathroom walls with exposed insulation and water damage, the lighting is awful, the women’s restroom was disgusting, the floors were covered in what I can hope would be water; and the bathroom door does not lock. Customer service was mediocre, the employees acted as if they wish we hadn’t even came in. We got our food to go as we are travelling so when we got in our car we found that the burgers were old, cold, and flavorless, the bread was absolutely soggy in some places and hard In others, and the onions that are there look as though they have been on these burgers all morning or possibly from last night. They’re dark, and dry. This is awful, this establishment had gone down hill tremendously as of late. Another thing noted was the lighting in the building is awful, the sign is falling apart (inside and outside), and the self serve drink machine is no longer in use, you must ask for a refill and they make your drink, which is fine, but they need to atleast clean the self serve drink machine as it has MOLD and nastiness growing in it and the drain! This place needs to get themselves together or close down this location! 45.00 and it wasn’t worth $4.50

The food wasn’t fresh everything was cold except for my daughter’s cause she got the bacon cheese Krystals we saw the steam coming up from hers and mine and my husband’s Krystals wasn’t good they were cold even the fries. They went diwn hill from the last time went. The ladies bathroom was leaking had water all over the floor just NASTY. We will go somewhere else before we go back there. Needs to be remodeled.

Whenever in GA I always want to get Krystal’s because there arent any in my state, but this one has consistently let me down. Will not visit this location again. The food is always cold or luke warm. The cheese doesn’t even melt on the burgers. If you go ask for hot, fresh food.

Update: They have improved a lot since a year and a half ago in all areas. Absolutely my worst, Krystal experience ever! They have changed their frys, and they are horrible. One of my burgers was smashed in the box and totally disgusting. I’ll post a picture if I can. I don’t plan to go to the Commerce Krystal again.

It’s clean and staff is friendly. But food tastes off and no more corn pups. I think the recipe has change for the food, most likely will be back buy just a bit disappointed. Workers are amazing

I can’t believe a restaurant would serve a customer what I received. Cold food! 3 Krystal’s pure mush, the meat wasn’t cooked or it had sit in those buns til the patties had changed color and soaked into the bun. The fries, cold and full of grease. Aweful food!
