Found a hair in my food. The three men did not have anything covering their head. I spoke with manager and he and to explanation. He had to call his boss and ask if he could refund my money. That should be done at store level.
The restaurant stinks of rotton wood and mold. The soda fountain was covered in mold.
The tables were tacky with gunk and nasty cakes on food. The floors were decusting.
That building needs to be gutted and remodeled. It’s very obvious that the owner has given up. Or corporate don’t care. We drove an hour to eat there. We won’t again. I don’t understand how y’all are passing inspection.

My experience here always depends on which manager is on duty. I’ve had cold food a few times (buns). I’ve had a manager take my order and speak to me while completely avoiding looking in my direction. It’s an old building in a questionable area. It’s always dirty looking inside and out no matter how clean it actually is. Recently I’ve noticed this restroom sign about paying customers.

She loves her honey and pooh bear said the lady working drive thru after having the hardest time just taking our order for only 5 Krystal cheese burgers and one slushie. Annoying at first but she saved it by having such good spirits when we pulled up to window. Nice save lady
