I visited this location on February 19th. Spent $47 and when I asked for ketchup the young lady looked at me as if I asked her to come wash my car. Also I received my order in a Christmas box it’s Feb of am I mistaken. I am a Store Manager so customer service is big for me. Please retrain your associates on what that is.

This was the worst experience I have ever had, not because of the courier but because of the Krystal employee Alicia Randolph. She was extremely rude, condescending, and offensive. There was an issue with the pickup, so I called the store to get help so I could receive my food. I explained the issue and Alicia gave lots of attitude and excuses with no solution. so I asked for a manager, she told me she was the manager. She offered no solutions again just dismissed me and told me to call door dash even though I didnt go there. Which I attempted to explain but she kept talking over me. Eventuality she asked what I wanted her to do. I said a refund would be appropriate since I did not receive my food. She then hung up on me.
I called back and remained respectful. She did not answer the phone; another employee did. He was helpful and told me to come to the store and that he would make my food. I thanked him and went to the store. When I arrived, Alicia ran to the door and locked it. I then pulled around to the speaker to let them know I was there. The helpful employee began speaking to me, but Alicia took over the conversation and spoke to me in an again disrespectful manner
This behavior was completely unacceptable and needs to be reviewed and addressed by management.

Horrible service and attitude on 1/24 at 6pm Night shift The young lady just acted like it was a problem for me to come and place an order. Upon getting my food her attitude made me question the food and it just didn’t look right. Sadly I didn’t trust it and threw it away. Such a waste of money.

Have you OR management decided not to order shell eggs, salt or butter packages? I’ve been there almost daily 3 weeks and items are never available.
2. Staffing
Have management to hire staff
I’ve gone on more than one occasion and was told by employee – only scramblers were being sold, because no other person was there to help.

(utensils, eggs, butter, salt, jelly & pepper) these are necessities that should always be available, which means ordering, so you don’t run out.

Note: You may want to check the cost of investing into plastic cutlery with salt/pepper/napkin/wet one package included.
Now have management work on staffing – Your restaurant shouldn’t be close, it’s 24 -7. Over half of time the lobby is closed. (monies lost) They are NOT doing CovId 19 cleaning.

33 mins of waiting .. no one is in line. It’s literally empty of customers and I’m stil waiting to receive 2 Krystal’s and a turn over is insane and embarrassing . SMH.. might as well close this down

Delicious sliders!!! Keep in mind, southerners put mustard on their hamburgers while northerners (White Castle fans) only have ketchup. Both are delicious. Krystal multi-pack is called a sack while White Castle multi-pack is called a suitcase.
