Customer Service is Everything!!! The AGM that has locs and tattoos on the neck at this place is very rude. She doesn’t greet the customers properly, didn’t smile or say thank you! Get rid of her she’s bad for your business! I will continue to come back to see if she’s been trained properly, but I WILL NOT spend money here again!! It is too early, 8:00 in the morning to be having attitudes because your workers didn’t show up for work. Customers first!!

Folks, when asking for a simple cup of small ice, be aware, that you will be charged a .99 cent Bag of Ice fee. Be aware, that you will not be told this when you request it. Be aware, that you will NOT be provided with your receipt. Be aware, that you may be the only customer in line and your food will be cold and NOT hot. Be aware, that if you simply ask the staff about the fee, you will then be given an attitude.

who doesn’t love Krystal Burger especially coming from someone who lives in Florida and hasn’t had it since the only one in Florida, Fort Lauderdale, closed down permanently!? It was great. The service was great, fast. Everything was hot. The burgers were tasty as can be. Try the lil chicken sandwiches! Honestly the best chicken sandwich I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in a while and it’s not even their specialty!

Made a stop to this Krystal’s before heading back home. It’s right off the highway, so that’s a plus. Not in the best neighborhood, but it’s not their fault, I guess. Got some sliders and some chiks and they were great. Service was good as well!

Morning/night shift never want to work. Why sign up for that hour if you don’t want to be there. They literally ran to hide in the back when I pulled up. Why not just say you closed at the moment although it’s 24 hours restaurant. Ok so after that I went to a second one down the street where they did the same thing. Wow the one on main street

This is a old building very dirty outside complete with homeless people everywhere. It is shocking looking at so much drug addiction. This is not a good restaurant it is not safe or clean.

I would give no stars if I can there was a line out side and a line inside the girl at the front ain’t taking nobody orders and she’s on the phone in the middle of the shift. They need to shut down Krystal’s in the hood. This girl literally having a whole convo and we asking her to get off her phone and service us. I know Krystal’s lost about 5,000 that one hour from people driving off and walking off.

First time eating at Krystal while in Atlanta for vacation! The fries were really good. I’m not sure what the meat was, it’s almost like a giant sheet of beef was smashed thin, then steamed, lastly a pizza cutter was used to cut them into squares? Some of the bread was soggy from the thin meat being extra moist-y. Yum?!
