I just ordered the waffle sandwich combo and the sandwich was old soggy and greasy, not to mention the tots were hard as a rock. I can’t believe they would sale something like this for a person to eat when they know they wouldn’t dare put this nowhere near their mouth. You should be ashamed of yourself.

The food was as you expect from Krystal. The staff were friendly and helpful. Quick to smile. The atmosphere; however, was cold… Temperatures inside were frigid due to what was explained was because heat was not working. This is during the eastern cold front that brought snow and ice throughout. The surrounding neighborhood between expressway and Krystal also shows signs of decline. Wonderful employees working under less than optimal conditions.

Having maybe been to Krystal once like ever with no real major memories of my own, I figured it was convenient to the airport. The staff was friendly. The food? Yes, we scarfed it down because we were starving. But the taste? What taste?! Chemicals? Artificial flavors? What flavors? All of which felt like “why do this to your digestive system?” Well, the soda went down well. As did the ice cubes in the soda. We got diet soda, and sometimes, the recipe is off when you order it from these quick service restaurants. They legit got it right. Which truly helped us wash down whatever substances we ate. Just adjust your expectations… It’s Krystal. Clearly they’ve been around for awhile. I’ve always heard they are the “White Castle of the South.” Then again, they make movies about White Castle and sell them in stores. But back in the day, my stepmom always got her sodas at Krystal. Maybe stick to that soda and ice cubes. Maybe, just maybe the tots. I think they have fries? Avoid the burgers or anything with sauce. But if you truly want convenience, and you’re willing to say, “The heck with this, I gotta eat something,” by all means, go there. But proceed with CAUTION…

I frequent this location at least weekly because it’s conveniently located right off the highway. The service is horrendous. If you pay with cash and you’re due back some change, the lady at the window always tries to keep it. I don’t care if it’s .30 cents it belongs to me! This one lady in particular always has a bad attitude!!!! They are constantly out of butter and receipt paper. I asked for butter and the lady said with an attitude “ween got it”. As you can see my grits were very dry! Receipts should be a given for paying customers.

The person that took my order at the speaker was professional. Once I approached the pick up window, the cashier didn’t part her lips other than the total of my order. I was given a cup that was so full that fruit punch was dripping of the sides of the cup because of the spillage on the top of the cup. I had to ask for napkins. I ordered a three egg breakfast with scrambled eggs, grits, sausage and toast. They seem to like butter at this location because my bread was soft (not toast texture) because of all the butter that was put on it, butter was swimming on the top of the grits, the sausage was cooked perfectly. Krystal’s has the best value breakfast around.

Food was hot and fresh. There appeared to be only 2 employees, but they were working it. They were dealing with the drive thru window and walk-ins, and handled it. Very friendly and courteous. They were a great team and deserve a raise.

Went in for breakfast ask for two sausage egg and cheese biscuits with fried eggs on them waited over 10mins just to get burnt biscuits and the egg wasn’t fried sent it back asked for toast instead and the toast was burned and this was not the 1st time my food was given to me burned up I luv the breakfast but this location has been fired I will not be returning. But the cashier was very nice and tried to accommodate me

When I arrive to the restaurant, employee was outside smoking a cigarette ..This is the third time I came to this location and I was not able to get food due to employees nowhere around or just being rejected for whatever reason.. It is 4:15. A.m. and they said they could not serve any food until 5:00. A.m. this is bad business. Y’all need to find some way to fix it so nobody won’t be disappointed and unable to eat when they visit your restaurant..
