My husband and I stopped here to crab something quick before heading to a funeral. I haven’t been to Krystal in a while but we got the worst burgers ever today. Not to mention they are smaller and one of my husbands burgers didn’t even have a top bun and they all was hard. Come on Krystal do better it wasn’t even 11:30 nor was it crowded so this is crazy. Never again for our money

I do not know who doing the hiring up here or if anyone can read but I ordered through DoorDash from here and I tell you the trust everybody in the building slow the manager and all. I clearly asked for no onions, mustard or pickles only ketchup and cheese but low and be hold the dummies put onions, mustard and pickles on every sandwich though and the store phone doesn’t work I don’t understand why that location has not closed down yet

I guess I need to just give up on Krystals. I was in the area and had a craving for a fried apple pie. So I gotvab#1 combo with cheese and they were flat as pancakes and doughy my coke was room temperature she added no ice I wanted a pie she upsold me on two both greasy like the dried seemed redipped. And a service charge added to my Bill .44cents for OPS and service fee.☆☆UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE☆☆ Stop with the patronizing responses to customers complaints and fix the problem! Bruh this was the best set of Krystal’s I’ve had in a long time. The crew on 1/24/26 at 11:30 am was on point. Food fresh miss lady on window was so so polite and order was right and fresh. So much so I circled back and grabbed more. It’s my birthday and yall put a smile on my face. Thanks.

Customer service was terrible. Burgers were severely undercooked and smelled really bad. We through everything in the trash. Waste of money. Fries tasted re-heated. From Texas, first time eating here. I was very disappointed.

Spent $30+ On a sak full of Krystal and 2 sodas. My Granddaughter stated that the only thing she liked about her Krystal was the 2 pickles she picked off and ate. I have never been so disappointed. Just horrible, not worth a dine. Nothing like they use to be. Hopefully the breakfast is still good. Wow!

Honestly it is beyond me how you can’t cook a Krystal burger till it is done ?!? This is multiple times I have been to this Krystals for myself and others and almost always through the food away because it is under cooked that can and will result in medical issues and Krystals come with mustard, onions, and pickles nope not pickles at this location. Seriously disappointing I won’t return here I will go all the way to Morrow. Sadly Disappointed

On 02/03 my family and I ordered $89.50 worth of food from Krystal’s located on Hwy 138 and it was the worst experience ever! We ordered the food through DoorDash and didn’t receive our full order and the food that we did receive was completely incorrect. I do understand that mistakes do happen but something that’s done repetitively is no longer a mistake. After ordering DELIVERY I got in my car and drove to Krystal’s to have my order corrected. I was greeted by a very nasty caucasian aged women with white and blonde hair who called her self a manager. She never let me explain my concern instead she cut me off and told me I was lying and wrong. I had all of the food with me to return . I asked to give her the incorrect food in exchange to receive my correct order. She told me “ Take that up with DoorDash” and slammed the drive through window in my face. I contacted DoorDash and they couldn’t help me so I then contacted the police. As I waited on the police to arrive I parked and observed this location. The manger allow her employees to VAPE in the restaurant and they are working with NO GLOVES OR HAIRNETS while using their phone . The manager is working in slides and while she refused to correct my order she left with a large amount of food for her family that I’m sure she didn’t pay for. This location needs to be throughly investigated and I will continue to work until I speak with someone in corporate to raise concern about this location. Also, this location have a Georgia Food Service score of 89 B. Please see attached photos for the nasty caucasian “Manager” and the employees she allow to work with no gloves and hair nets while on their phones and vaping.
On 02/05 my husband and I drove to Krystal’s on Hwy 138 to speak with the “Manager” and we were greeted with some one who called their self the “District Manager”. She was also a caucasian women with blonde hair and was just as nasty and mean as the “Manager” and sided with her.

I don’t know how the food was… I went at 10pm on a Wednesday no one answered the drive thru ♂️guess I should’ve got out and walked up…had got my stomach prepared and everything lol oh well maybe next time
