It never fails, every time I get a sausage egg and cheese scrambler. My grits are always watery. Meaning they’re not cooked all. What a waste of $5.34. I think I’ll take waffle house the next time. Only cost me $4 more but at least my food will be cooked fully.

Keep driving don’t stop here or any Krystal at this point. I’d give it a zero if I could. Krystal used to be great. Now no matter what Krystal I go to it’s run down and the food is old and stale. Doesn’t taste good at all. There was no wait (I see why) The guy at the window was pleasant.
I got 4 crystal and a corn pup. The corn pup was like a brick and the the dog seemed like it was cooked last week. The buns on the Krystal were like a rock. To all Krystals do better or just close down at this point.

I ordered in the drive thru. I got the box of 24 cheese Krystals. The cashier greeted me nicely, he had a great attitude with a smile. I had to only wait about 7 minutes for my order, which is quick for 24. My order was fresh, hot and good.

Please, please please stop giving people pre made Krystal’s. The meat is cold. The bread is hard on the edges and soggy in the middle. Krystal’s can be great, but they are poorly ran. That’s why this is allowed. Old meat and old grease for the fries. Do better please

I have never been to a Krystal before, but we passed one on our way back and it seemed similar to another chain I am familiar with, White Castle. I did the $4.99 Krystal Meal Deal, which comes with two sliders, a small fry, and a soda. My partner did a pick 5 and got some sliders, a drink, fries, and an ice cream. He also got two apple turnovers since they had a 2 for $3 deal going on. He mixed the apple turnover with the ice cream and said it was good. The people working at this location knew that we had never been to one and were very patient and kind in explaining their menu. The food was really good and very affordable! As we were leaving, one of the workers asked how we liked it, which I thought was really sweet of them! I definitely would not mind coming here again.

I ordered a sausage gravy biscuit. Why did I get a biscuit with sausage on it and a dab of gravy like it was a condiment (mayo, ketchup, mustard) on it. And they had the nerve to put 2 packs of ketchup in the bag. For what I don’t know. But please train your people how to make stuff that looks almost like the picture on the menu board at drive thru!!!!!

Not sure what happened this time. I’ve never had issues before at this location. I purchased 24 Krystal steamers with 4 sodas. Unfortunately, when my kids and are arrived home, they found a total of 8 Krystal burgers had mayonnaise on them! I guess it’s a drive thru thing. Get home and find your order isn’t what you ordered… or has ingredients that don’t come with those ingredients! Not my taste and they didn’t eat them either.

The bun was so dry it may as well have been dust – but, that’s not terrible since the alternative in most other locations is a soggy bun…yuck!

I’ve never had a bad Krystal until tonight. The quality at this location has been consistently subpar. I literally seen the prep line and how the guy was making the food, I definitely won’t be back.
