When we first arrived we were kindly greeted, however once we received our order we noticed right away something was not right. The milkshake tasted very much expired, it tasted very sour and when I brought it up to the lady she said they switched out the ice cream and cleaned it out on Tuesdays…it’s Friday. This did not taste like a day old it tasted like it had been expired for over a week! She offered to switch it with another drink but I wasn’t trying to get another drink, I was just trying to inform her that their Ice cream had gone bad. But she never agreed to it being expired nor did she apologize. And then the food did not help at all. The burgers look absolutely nothing like they’re advertised and they tasted undercooked as well. This was the first time my friends and I had ever gone to a Krystal’s and it was an absolute waste of money. We will not be returning.

Cleanest Krystal’s!! I stopped in to try their new waffle breakfast sandwich. Nice and crispy deliciously sweet and crunchy… It paired well with sausage, egg and cheese..very filling. While I was there, I really took some time to take the place in and decided this was the cleanest Krystal’s that I’ve been in in a very long time. And that’s saying something… because I eat at Krystal’s a lot. The staff was very attentive and kind. You know how sometimes you go in a place and as soon as the staffers take a look at you, they give you a look like here comes more work… But not at this place, they were very welcoming, cheerful and helpful. That will make me go out of my way to give a business my food dollar..Just because they appreciate that coming in their door is a decision I had to make. Please go give them some business!!

About 11:15 a.m., I pulled up to Krystal on 941 North Glynn Street in Fayetteville, GA, and honestly… they understood the assignment.
I ordered 4 Krystal cheese, no pickles, heavy onions, and upsized the Coke and fries. I added 2 more Krystal cheese, same order, no pickles, heavy onions.
Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I asked. The onions were actually heavy (not “Krystal heavy,” but heavy heavy, the cheese melted right, HOT fresh fries, Coke filled to the rim, like it was supposed to. No mistakes. No attitude. No long wait.
It was one of those rare fast-food moments where nothing needed fixing, explaining, or accepting “close enough.” Just good food, done right, at the right time.
That’s an amazing experience. Good job!

I come here all the time. I usually have no issues today. I decided to order something different and I’m trying to call back because I’m missing something from my order. I do not have time to go back because I’m gonna be late to work so as I’m trying to call back, all I keep getting is a busy signal now I look at my receipt. It has my name and the description of my car, but it says something different from what I ordered so I don’t know. Definitely need to work on it but my food that I did get was good.

Ordered a milkshake and 3 of the bacon slider burgers, I get my milkshake and it tastes like spoiled milk. Not only was it extremely obvious by the taste but by the smell. Brought it to the woman and told her that something had gone bad, she dismissed me immediately saying that they had just cleaned it and tried to give us a slushie instead. I still cant get the taste of rotten milk out of my mouth. Now I was not about to try anything else knowing the lack of standards they clearly have. Threw away my food that also was far from appealing and left with no refund. Never going to a Krystal after this to be honest wouldnt recommend to anyone, save your money and go somewhere else.

Management is so rude at this facility. I was there picking up an order for DoorDash to wait for 35 minutes and then the manager stated to me oh well we gotta wait on our customers in the lobby as well as you as a DoorDash pick up delivery as well I really thought that was very rude for her to say mine knew that at the end of the day my order is just as important as any other order they’re at their facility I will never pick up there again because they are very rude and very unprofessional. They need a one on one management training.

I was greeted when I walked in the door. The place was clean enough to eat off of the floor. Went to the restroom and it was clean too!!!!!. I customized my order( like i often do) and it was correct. Best Krystal experience, that I have had in a long time.

The staff was very nice but the sandwich I purchased was nasty. I eat about two bites and was very disappointed. It was a special limited time supposed to be cheese steak but tasted like crap. I haven’t gone back to Krystal since than but I will continue to eat Krystal burgers .
