I have issues every time I came to this location. Either they don’t have Krystal’s and say they don’t do Krystals for breakfast (Krystal’s is supposed to have Krystals any time they’re open), that there’ll be a 25 minute wait,…. ALWAYS something.
I called up there today before I went to make sure that if I ordered a sackful of Krystals, they could and would fulfill an order with extra cooked onions. Female said yes. I got up, got ready and drove there, mind you that I don’t even live in Rome or Floyd County for that matter, but this location is 2nd closest to me. I get there and I’m told by a female that whoever I spoke to already left for the day and that they can’t do that. She said there trying to argue with me. I asked for the DMs number at the same time she said she was calling her GM. She refused. After having all kinds of attitude with me, she went to the grill men and told them to just put some onions on there. She told me she couldn’t/wouldn’t do fresh Krystal’s, even for a full grill.
She never once apologized.
Never once acknowledged any kind of wrong.
There was a teen couple that came up and I tried to be nice and let them go ahead and order first since she was still giving me attitude and being nasty, I just thought it might at least make their life a little easier to go ahead with their day. She tried to argue about that. Mind you, she hadn’t rung anything up for me yet.
After waiting for the chicks to cook that I also ordered, she brought out the two bags of food, calling out the order, and looking around an empty dining room (I was the only one in there at that point), just for her to sneer at me, to give me old Krystals with separately cooked onion, that she plopped down on the table.
Rude.
Disrespectful.
Distasteful.
And so tired of this location’s management.

Had an unnecessary experience while placing an order with a man who claimed to be the manager and said his name was Fred. We usually drive quite a distance to this location and often place large orders, including shakes & extras. I requested a simple topping to be “on the side” for one meal, as I always do, but was met with sassy, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. I’ve always tried to improve my family and friends’ outlook on customer service here, but I guess they’ve been right. He could’ve even offered an alternative that we would’ve gladly paid for. No attitude was shown in return. I wasn’t even trying to reveal who I was when I called the restaurant for higher-level contact information, yet he callously called me out. It sounded as if he was laughing about it. He told me he couldn’t give me any way to contact them directly, and hung up in my face. I wouldn’t speak to another person the way I was spoken to, let alone an adult customer. I try to be calm and patient since I understand life isn’t perfect and people sometimes have bad days, but I didn’t understand all the hostility. I’ve also used the ‘contact us’ form on Krystal’s website to reach out, but have yet to receive a response regarding this completely avoidable experience.

Don’t eat here unless you want to pay to be disrespected. I’m thinking it’s the same rude manager that I’ve seen mentioned in these other low reviews. Truly felt as if he was bothered by people ordering food period. He’s arrogant with disrespect as if it’s normal every day & he’s used to getting away with it! Don’t worry, I got the message & none of us will be back here thanks to you.

would give negative stars if I could, the store looked nasty, the worker, Brittany, on 12/16/25, took my food and flipped it upside down in the bag and had chili leaking out of the bag, you would think managers would leave their personal problems outside of the work place. very unprofessional and will not be back nor will I recommend!!

SOGGY FOOD & RUDE. You’ll notice it’s a standard response to these negative reviews to tell you to ‘reach out & share more details through the contact-us form.’ This means you’ll spend more time being inconvenienced and trying to explain your issue, only to get no feedback or resolution afterward. No reply at all. From ownership to management, they absolutely do not care. It’s just too many other restaurants & Krystals to put up with this, so your best bet is to avoid this location. Since I have the time, I’m looking into contact information above the restaurant level so they understand what’s going on here. They’re complacent because they’re used to people just dealing with it or feeling helpless. Employees like these, sloppy food, trashy service, and total disregard from management will send Krystal back into bankruptcy again.

7pm with 2 card ahead of me and no one inside eating. Took them 15 minutes for them to move the first car and another 10 minutes to get to me. They closed the window in my face when I told them I would need a refund if it was going to take any longer (after they told me I had to wait even longer in my order) cause I had to be at work at 730pm then I finally got my food which was a mess and my fries were hard and cold. Never again. Rude staff and instead of getting everyone’s order out, she was talking on the phone!

Staff are still friendly and on their A game but the food was not as good yesterday as usual. I really should’ve took it back and complained but we were just hungry and in a hurry. The fries were almost burnt , they looked and tasted like they were way overcooked and old. The meat was barely done, pink throughout. The buns were literally falling apart , not sure if they were older or why they looked that way. Staff customer service definitely made up for food quality.

Went there today, cause I had a taste for some Krystals. Waited at the drive-through for 10 minutes for someone to come to the speakerphone. And then finally, I got someone and I asked them. How much was 10 crystals and I heard over the speakerphone “Read the damn menu” from one of the worker from the inside. I would have if they had it on there, but they didn’t. Rude customer service I will never spend my money at this establishment again or let alone any krystal establishment .
