Went through the drive-through, tried to order a steamer pack with cheese and a few other things, ended up getting a 12 count sack full. My drink was wrong and the attitude of the worker in the drive-through was ridiculous. She kept rolling her eyes at me and acting like I was in the wrong when she couldn’t get my order straight. Rather than make a fuss and take a chance on them doing something to the food. I just took what I was given and now I do not have everything that I needed from my order will not be going to this place again they have officially lost my business.

It was late… so this place was great! The missing star is for not having a working drive thru system to assist with the ‘fast food’ portion of my visit. My cashier Stephanie was fantastic and gave great service, especially since I arrived during the late evening (when she probably was exhausted frm not being able to take orders before customers got to the window). There was a line and a good amount of time invested in the wait. But my order was correct, my food was hot and fresh, and I was rewarded for my patience. I will return!

Dont go! Let it go out of business and loose their jobs. Maybe they will appreciate the customers at the next job. I pulled in drive through Sunday the 24th 7-8:00 and I ask for a min to look at menu and no more than 5 seconds I got
“do you know what you want! I got to keep my drive time up” with an attitude. I ask if I could look at menu and got the same response! To top it off i was the only person in line! Your employees apparently to ignorant to understand how $ flows from customer to their pocket.

Drive thru service felt very rush!!!! Barely had time to look at the menu. Stephanie was very unprofessional, not friendly. The other employee who was packing the food, scratched her nose and did not stop to go wash your hands. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Krystal to anyone! Also make sure you hire a more friendly staff.

I understand people have good and bad days at work. But this cashier was so rude while she was taking our order. Not only did she rush us to place are order. When we pulled up to the window she was on the phone the entire time and leaning on all of the counters and doing other inappropriate things while we was at the window. Jessica was the name of the cashier on the receipt. We will never be coming back to this location.

Literally just left from there. I wanted to try the new pulled pork sliders so me and my daughter decide to stop by. I ordered two icees and two pulled pork sliders. The sliders had the meat coming off of them with barely any meat on them, No BBQ sauce, and they were cold and soggy. I will never go here again and if your smart you wouldn’t go to this location either
