The guy working the drivethru on Friday night 02/27/26 was very friendly and made my trip better than it usually is. Very helpful and you fratelli actually cares about his job but you don’t see much anymore especially with the new generations. He’s a really good employee and I wished all employees were as nice and friendly as he was. Yall should give him a raise he deserves it. Thanks.

Dude this place was so nasty and with the lady sniffing as if it were allergy season, you’d think it’d be spic and span. We were going to eat inside, but with overflowing trash cans and nasty atmosphere we got it to go and honestly considering not eating the food. I have been a Krystal customer for over 70 years, but no more. One of my favorites since it was introduced is the Krystal Hangover. I received an email that they were available. This morning (Jan. 3,) I checked the menu at my store. It was there. I drove to the store, about a 15 minute drive each way. When I ordered it, I was told they were not available. I am so bummed about stopping in the night of the upcoming storm to get the chix so my friend could try them the way I like them !! I ordered 6 chix with Xtra pickles Xtra mayo and a small fry. Upon arriving home I see I didn’t get chix at all !!! I got 6 freaken Krystal’s and a small fry !!! Really sad when your taste buds are craving chix and you get the Krystal’s instead !! I placed my food order at drive-thru and the staff never says Welcome to Krystals. It’s always go ahead with your order. In addition, the food sucks. The manager runs the drive-thru during the evening at the Krystals in Woodstock, GA. He always seem annoyed with his job. The Cartersville Krystals is much better. The service is great and so is the food. I don’t think unappreciative fast workers realize that attitude affects the quality of food.
