I ordered the double cheese Krystal meal. We used the drive thru. The burgers were warm, not hot. The cheese was not melted. The fries however were delicious. They were fresh and hot. I don’t necessarily like French fries from fastfood places but these fries were great. The food was delivered fairly quickly.

Worst Krystal’s experience.

First when we drive up and greeted, we could hear the young ladies chewing food. So we processed to order 2 number 4s. We were told that we could not get the chili cheese fries because they didn’t have the trays. We asked if they could put them in another bowl or regular fries container. We were told no for the fries container and the only had small bowls. We asked if it would be a price difference because we were not getting 2 number 4s. She said no. Ok cool, so we move on to the drinks for the combos. She asked what kind of drinks, we said strawberry milkshakes. She said they didn’t have it, we said strawberry drinks. Guess what they didn’t have that either. So we sprite. She told us it total and we drive around. We paid and had to wait 10 minutes on our food. Got home and the food was cold, fries soggy, Krystal’s had been sitting out (not fresh at all). Called back up there no answer. Sent complaint that night and today is August 9,2025 and I have not heard from any manager, owner, nobody. 25.00 for this is crazy. I want to speak to someone.

I just came here to say that when I went to this location at 12:30 last night and ordered 5 cheese Krystals, I received the hottest freshest Krystals I’ve ever had. The girl at the window had red hair and she was so nice. I had been to this location a few times but never had I received fast and just excellent food and service like that. She didn’t even have to walk away to tap my phone like usual. Maybe new management or it’s just that awesome lady I don’t know, but I’m glad I went there last night, like I already loved Krystal, but now I’m in love with this Krystal location, lol. I’m anticipating my next craving so I can return sooner than later☺️

Placed an order through the Krystal’s app for delivery. They gave the wrong food to the driver. I had a large order that was placed at 1:54 then two minutes later the order was on the way. No way they would be able to cook anbout 16 items in 2 minutes. Order wasn’t even close to what I had ordered. Called the location who then told me they won’t refund it. Told them I have the receipt attached that it’s someone else’s order and they said to contact DoorDash, but it was ordered through their app. DoorDash said they can’t help because it was not my order through them so they can’t help. Don’t order from this location. Manager won’t correct the issues when they are at fault

Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon. When I pulled up, it almost seemed as it was closed since the registers are not visible from the road, and interior lighting is not so strong.
Once inside, i was taken care of pretty quickly. And my order came out pretty quick as well.
It has been a very long time since I’ve had Krystals, but it was pretty good. The sliders did a good job of filling you up.
The restroom was fairly clean as well during my visit. Not a bad place to stop by during the day.

Today, around 12 PM, my boyfriend and I visited Krystal. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but before entering, we noticed the manager smoking right by the entrance, which made the experience unpleasant from the start especially in the cold, rainy weather. We had car problems and decided to grab food while sorting that out.

It had been a long time since we last ate at Krystal, and since it wasn’t busy, we expected our food to be hot, fresh, and properly cooked. Unfortunately, when we received our order and began eating, we noticed that the meat was undercooked and still pink. My boyfriend politely requested a refund for the one meal that was not properly prepared.

Instead of a simple resolution, staff initially insisted all of our food was fine and offered to remake it. We declined, as we only wanted a refund for the undercooked meal. The manager who came over was rude, dismissive, and insisted the food was cooked correctly. We remained calm and respectful, provided the receipt and the undercooked food, and clearly stated we were not trying to argue—we simply wanted a refund.

Despite returning only the one incorrect meal, the manager continued to act hostile, giving the refund in cash but making disparaging comments to an employee about us afterward. At no point were we rude; we approached the situation politely and with respect. The behavior we experienced is unacceptable for any customer-facing role and reflects poorly on the restaurant.

This experience was disappointing and frustrating. Poorly cooked food combined with unprofessional and rude behavior toward a polite customer is unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location, and I feel compelled to share this feedback with corporate. I hope this brings attention to the need for better staff training, proper food preparation, and overall customer service improvements.

Hello today was different at Krystal’s Sept 21st 2025 11:28 I just left there a.m. the lady at the drive-thru I believe she’s the manager was very pleasant I have had many bad experiences but today she was very polite I don’t mean bad experience with her I mean in general pleasant and I always go there this time the food was hot !!fresh!! even the fries !!! was not cold or room temperature she made a difference I will continue coming I did not get her name but she was a very nice and I don’t mean!!!!!!!! to be out of (order) she’s a very nice white lady

Order a sunrise combo and a sunrise, throw them both away after 3 bites they taste like the meat was bad. I probably wont eat fast food breakfast anymore this month thats what i get for not cooking. The service was great they just serviced me terrible food.

Have not had this in a long time and I have been missing out. I went to drive thru which was accurate and quick. The staff was friendly and the area clean enough, lol. I ordered two doubles and a chili dog with fries. The burgers were fresh cooked and yummy and the dog adequate, but bigger please. The fries were fresh and better than I remembered.

Don’t eat here. I see why they’re all starting to shut down. Whoever took over this company really destroyed it.

Glad I inspected all the burgers I got today, because all 4 patties were served to me wet, undercooked, and gross looking.

Not letting these little thin ahh patties cook all the way through is kinda insane.

Krystal’s, as much as I loved it from my childhood, is officially dead to me now. Godspeed if you choose to eat here after reading!
