I recently wrote about a roach in my hotdog. Pictures posted. Corporate never responded, so I went back to the store for a refund. Showed manager the pic and his response was, “I don’t know where that bug came from, but it didn’t come out of here”. I asked are you suggesting I picked up a bug and put it there for a free hotdog? He stated, I don’t know where you got it from but it wasn’t from here. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NASTY PLACE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is a convenient place to stop by during lunch, after running errands or doctors appointments. The line is always very long. They hardly ever have their doors open for inside service. That’s one reason the driver thru is wrapped around the building, all the time. When we order we always have to pull around to wait for someone to bring the food out. They always are running out of chilli cheese pups, and corn pups also milk shakes. Don’t order to be delivered, they are guaranteed to leave something out of your order, and won’t let you know or update their ordering site, when items run out/ aren’t available. So, you get disappointed and cheated out of your money. I will say they have improved on the guaranteed hot and fresh cooked food. The new improved Krystal chicks are great, much better then the old ones.

Horrible…went for breakfast no one on the drive thru and doors locked to the lobby. It took 10 minutes to take me order then when the gentleman came from the back he had a cigarette he snatched out of his mouth and placed behind his ear. After getting my food it was cold…grease crusted on my bacon. Bread is sitting at the back door unattended like it was just dropped off. Asking for a refund started a war….that took another 10 minutes. Never again…..

Are you serious this place has to be a joke that someone is playing with the public!!! They closed the one in Conyers Georgia so visited the in Lithonia Georgia.. OMG!! What a mess…I was the third car in line 30 minutes and it was a car behind me so I couldn’t get out of line,and then I had to blew my at cashier who outside talking to someone….he took my order but I got to the window he took it again and ask me what did I order…oh lord the worst thing was I had to wait another 15-20 minutes to get my food….oh by the way it was HOT ….

They need to honestly hire all new staff including managers or just close this place down. It’s ran down very slow no customer service. Code needs to come and do an inspection. Will have you waiting for 2 hours for food just for it to be cold.

I just left and will never comeback again for breakfast. The chicken biscuit was so hard an dry it was not able to be eaten. I was picking up breakfast for my team, and came back empty handed. I threw all the food off the side of the road. I wouldn’t of gave it to a homeless person;. The bad part is: I was told to wait so I could get fresh chicken. OMG the grits was like sand paper. The eggs was like old balls of yellow. The sausage was a very very hard an the biscuits were brown an hard. Man, their are very few Krystal’s, now I see why. OMG very disappointing. Not even edible.

Do not eat here. I saw a mice on the outside and my cup had a roach on it. I saw it and immediately asked for a refund. Also if corporate is wondering why they don’t money it’s because they serve what they feel like serving, if they feel like working.
