We dropped by to grab a quick bite to eat on our road trip. We had to pull forward and wait, but that wasn’t an issue since the food was fresh. Cashier was a tad bit snappy on the drive through speaker.

Well where shall I start. I pulled up to place my order I ordered the 12pk. The lady said pull around real hateful I told her I was not done with my order I said I want 6 with cheese 6 without agian I get told to pull around I wasn’t finished ordering. I wanted light onions on the when I got to the window I explained I wanted light onions. I was plainly told that he had already made them. I showed my coupon and she got an attitude about the coupon. I am sorry if I was her boss the way she talked to the customers she would have been fired right then and there. I have been a manager in a restaurant before and let me tell you my help was on spot. They respected our customers and help and they were supported by us. This is not worth me every going back.

This Krystal’s can be hit or miss BUT I just stopped by 2/22/26 and the Cheese Krystals were made fresh and taste really good. Also I ordered five and I was surprised it came out cheaper than normal. They automatically rung me up for the Krystal Pick 5 and I had no clue they even had that!

Every time I visit this restaurant, I’ve consistently been served by the same server, Dorothy. While the food is always hot and fresh, the lack of customer service is unacceptable. The quality of the food and the service are both crucial factors, and Dorothy’s demeanor is simply unacceptable. I’m not one to criticize anyone’s job, but I believe Dorothy deserves some PTO so she can take time off to meditate and clear her mind. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this restaurant. It was my third and final visit, and I’ve had enough of the unpleasant experience.

I came through The drive-through and wanted 12 crystals no onions no mustard and I was told that they are cooked in onions and I have gotten crystals before with no onions. I just felt that that was poor customer service and I don’t understand how you cook burgers and onions and some people may actually be allergic. I just felt that person did not want to have to cook fresh crystals and it’s very sad that that’s why people don’t patronize a lot of restaurants in this area.

I just feel like pick a damn struggle. Food trash whether it’s undercooked, poorly made or just old. And the employees and their attitudes are even worse. How are you lookin nasty, speaking nasty, WHILE serving nasty food. Management has to be apart of the problem atp it’s been months (maybe) longer of terrible experiences im reading and it still continues. SMH so unfortunate

I bought cheese Krystal I went through drive thru around 8-9 p. M they had me pull to the side and they would bring it out , I thinking since they bringing it out it will be fresh when I got home I seen my food looked old ball up in box cold I only stay 5 min away I just got off work tired to even go back to take it back then scared if I take it back it want be right now I wake up stomach upset . They need to do better.
