I refuse to patronize this location anymore. I’m convinced corporate just doesn’t care about the complaints and are okay with how horrible this restaurant has become. Why post hours on the door if they mean nothing? Why does everyone have a nasty attitude? Do not waste your time and money here when there are two in Augusta with much better service and better food. Both the Washington Rd and Bobby Jones locations are way better than this one. Walton Way location plays games and is unprofessional, too, so avoid that one also.

The hours on the window clearly state that the inside of the restaurant is open till 8 pm. The Door was unlocked and I came inside at 7:48 and was refused service and told that they were already closed. There are multiple signs on the windows stating that the inside of the restaurant is open till 8 pm, if the staff is too lazy to work the counter, I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to find staff that actually would work it.

We went through the drive thru and order basic Krystal cheese burger got them and they were cold the cheese wasn’t melted and the beef Pattie’s as I said was cold. It was my wife and I first time trying the Krystal’s franchise and the service was disappointing though once I got home and heated up the sandwiches they were delicious just the service and attention to detail need a lot of work with that particular restaurant. Please try and do better you have a great product but with service like we have experienced you can loose a lot of business and overshadow your great food.

Sat in the drive thru ans never acknowledged by the the person on shift! Went to knock on the door and watched as the employee walked back and forth and ignored me. Several cars came through the drive through while I waited and no one was served!

Could not get service at Arby’s so stopped by this location smh the cashier was so rude and hood I said thank you he said nothing just my total and he took a while to take my money I was about to drive away but then he came back to the window he handed my food said nothing No Thank You , No customer service and no napkins I would definitely not recommend this location I see why they are closing down if this is how they are operating
