We were traveling to Florida and stopped at the Krystal burger in Waltersboro, SC. We were beyond impressed. The burgers were hot as well as the fries and so tasty. The store was clean and so were the bathrooms. Cutely decorated for the holiday. We met Fred the ghost lol. The staff did a great job with staff appearing to be short handed. On our way back we will definitely stop again.

We stopped here on the way to Florida to grab a quick lunch. This was our first time visiting a Krystal, and we were really impressed with the great service, fresh food, and welcoming atmosphere. Everything came out nicely and tasted great.
What truly made this location stand out was the excellent customer service, especially from Yolanda, the Shift Leader. She was absolutely amazing. So bubbly, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Yolanda went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience, and you can tell she truly cares about both the customers and her team. Her positive attitude and professionalism really made this visit memorable.
Its not often you stop somewhere on a road trip and receive such outstanding service and hospitality, but Yolanda made us feel like valued guests instead of just another order. Because of her and the great experience we had, we would definitely recommend this Krystal location to anyone looking for friendly service and great food.

This fast food restaurant is off I-95.(Exit 57.) It’s about 2 miles from there. We ordered six Krystals. With tax they basically cost $2.00 each. Not much to them. The girl at the window was not friendly. I think we will stop somewhere else next time.

I went for my 1st time in our town, new business an ordered 24 pack of plain Krystal’s , didn’t know mustard an pickle came on it , you have to ask not to have mustard on them if you don’t want it!! But anyway It took exactly 20min in line till I got the order an got home an in the box was 10 reg burgers an 14 cheeseburgers that I didn’t order at all an one was so hard like it was toasted!! No way I was eating that one , so I had to go back an get it straight. I pulled up an went inside an immediately got help an in 5 min I was on my way home an they got it straightened out! But definitely check your orders people!!!!!

Only one employee showed up for work yesterday I wish I remembered her name her attitude was incredible I watched her work the window the counter and the kitchen all by herself. Of course it took a little bit to get the food but I didn’t mind the weight seeing her work so hard and keep a good attitude. God bless her and Merry Christmas

Had to stop here while in town since we don’t have one. It lived up to past good experience. The team lead was exceptionally helpful taking our order. I opted for no chili on my fries and I guess that’s what normally melts the cheese. But they were really good fries. Everything hot and fresh. Please open one up in Charleston!

This is one of my favorite fast food places! Only complaint that I has was the time it took to get our food. There was one person in front of us he waited a good while to place his order. We waited about 10 mins before placing ours. There was no staff visible, when a server appeared she did apologize for not seeing us. Burgers were great! No complaints there. The store was clean and organized and nicely decorated for Valentine’s Day!

Stopped by on our way home from Florida on Sunday Jan 18. The burgers were great. The restaurant was super clean (including the restroom). The girl who took our order was super friendly and helpful. All around a great experience.

On Friday February 6, 2026 was traveling home from Florida to Virginia. Placed an online order for 4 Steamer Packs of cheeseburgers, over $150 order. I ordered them ALL with no mustard. Got home to Richmond, VA and found that 3 of the 4 Steamer packs have mustard on the cheeseburgers. The staff was great and very polite. The store was very clean. Just wish I had checked my order before leaving.

Yolanda was an absolute gem. She deserves a raise! She and one other employee were running the entire establishment today. She serviced our family of 5 and made sure we had any extras we needed. We’ll certainly be back on our next road trip!
