My favorite pineapple fried rice. I’ve never found a better one. My husband and I ate here a couple of years ago when we were in Oregon visiting family. I loved it so much and think about it often enough that we made a slight detour on our way back home to Utah so that I could get it again. It’s just as delicious today as it was then! The folks that run it are kind and the seating area provided by the food truck court has a good vibe. Love the little tabletop fire pits outside and there is a little bit of seating inside for very chilly days.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch on a Saturday. There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it.
I got pineapple fried rice with chicken, my husband got a spicy peanut chicken dish. We also got the egg rolls and pot stickers.
The portions were generous, flavor and quality top notch! The cashews in my rice were large and so delicious!
Personally, I thought the egg rolls were not the greatest, but my husband and daughter enjoyed them.

The food is great, better than a lot of Thai sit down restaurants. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. It’s never too oily or salty and they are very quick. I’d say they’re the most consistent food cart in that area.

This review is long overdue. Krua makes the best Thai food ever. Their recipes are authentic and so flavorful. I was vegetarian for a while and their tofu is still my favorite tofu ever. If you think tofu is boring, try it here. My favorite dish is the cashew paradise with tofu but today I tried the special and it was so CRUNCHY. I loved it.

Great Thai food cart. I really enjoyed their Basil Ground Beef, it was very tasty The portion was nice too. Friends with us had the Teriyaki Chicken, which looked absolutely tempting! Lots of outdoor seating in this food truck pod. Very kid and pet friendly.
