Coffee: I travel to taste speciality coffee. I saw that Kru Coffee was a speciality coffee roaster in Saratoga Springs and walked in. They roast coffees from across the planet. We tasted a light roasted washed in a Pour Over. Pretty good. Then Paola, who was really helpful in our choice of beans made us taste a small batch roast. That was mind-blowing to say the least. I would have bought multiple bags of it.
I also tasted their drip and their espresso. The espresso was a blend and not a single origin. It was outstanding. Modern espresso.
Paola is very knowledgeable about coffee. You can talk to her about coffee all day.
If you are a Third Wave speciality coffee person, Kru is a must visit. And yes, it is pretty busy, but the Baristas will make time for you.

I wanted to have a coffee before staying in Saratoga. And l also wanted to try this cafe with the best reviews. It’s a great place to stop for a coffee in a short time. They have very nice employees. The interior is very cool and the coffee was delicious.

My friend and I decided to make a trip up to Saratoga Springs this week since I’m visiting from out of state. We looked around and decided on Kru to grab coffee. The experience was a 10/10. The baristas were so helpful on recommendations and the food was incredible! We got the Smokey & The Biscuit and a banana muffin top/scone. Both were delicious. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the latte, but I consider myself very picky when it comes to coffee. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Not only is the coffee SO good (I prefer the nitro), they also have the best baked goods around and their Big BLT is the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. I’ve tried to recreate it on my own. Not possible.
Great ambiance. Perfect place to get some work done away from your every day desk.
10/10, no notes.

Great coffee, cool vibe, and nice staff! Loved the little coffee plant in the window. And they serve (local) Whistling Kettle tea!

I’ve been here multiple times over the course of 2 or so years visiting from out of town. This place consistently has terrific coffee! The cappuccino is buttery smooth and tastes amazing, love it every time!

Pretty cool vibe. Barista was in the mood to make beautiful drinks for us. Breakfast sandwhich was fresh and delicious. It is a bit pricey – but they have a strong following, which I think says a lot. I don’t go often, but when I do (2x a month?) it’s always been good. I have more photos on other scan disk crads, will upload when I come across them.

Solid Big BLT overall, other than the tomatoes which were tasteless and more of a translucent texture.

Great drip coffee and a cozy vibe. The maple pecan scone was AMAZING! Plenty of seating upstairs.

Really good breakfast sandwiches!! Not a huge fan of coffee myself (boyfriend dragged me here, lol) but my Nutella Latte was not overly sweet or bitter! Clean place with an industrial theme. Ton of seating, but it was packed on our Monday afternoon! A bit pricey, but worth it. Very polite barista!
