I waited for over 20 minutes in the deli area without any assistance until one of the staff members contacted the manger am who was sincere and apologized for the inconvenience. Typically I have a nice shopping experience here this was the first blunder, and due to the manger graciousness it made up for any mishap.

Ordered Thanksgiving Turkey meal for my family. I picked out a smoked turkey and the sides I wanted with it. When I went on the day arranged to pick up my prepaid order, they told me they were sold out of the sides I ordered and had to accept what they had available, and when I got home found when I took the turkey out of the box, it was not a smoked turkey.
