I’m not from this side of town I was looking for a rotisserie chicken so I went to the deli on 6/27/25 it had to be 5 minutes before 8:00 p.m. There were two older women behind the deli counter. One was helping a customer and the older one saw me but chose not to help me. She was literally walking back and forth turning off lights but looked right at me several times. It’s not until 8:01 p.m. that the one woman that was helping the customer chose to tell me “Ma’am I’m sorry we’re closed”. I still ask my question but then that’s when the other woman who was turning off lights chose to acknowledge my presence. Overall all I have to say is very poor customer service. I also work in customer service so for you to try to start closing down 5 minutes!! before your close time which it does stat on the sign that’s right above the deli that you closes at 8:00 p.m!!! is completely unexceptionable and then you chose to acknowledge me after you officially closed.

My family loves Kroger’s baked and fried chicken. I often order it in a catering sized pan when our family has a large get together, and people always comment on how moist and tasty it is.

I used to live on the other side of Canton, right next to Plymouth, so I usually went to the Ann Arbor Rd Kroger’s. First time going to this Kroger’s and selection wasn’t near as good as well as no organic section. Also they don’t sell Guernsey Dairy Ice Cream. I don’t know if having a Walmart across the street has something to do with it. Overall average experience. Also it doesn’t smell that good in there.

I have been using Kroger deli counters for many years, across multiple states. This location does not disappoint. There are friendly faces behind the counter, and good prices to be had on various meats and cheeses – on a fairly regular basis.
I particularly like the placement here. I can check out the sushi or guacamole and dips while I wait; or I can take a look at what tasty sourdoughs are available that day.

When it comes to grocery shopping Krogers is the place to be. There are so many helpful, friendly people willing to take the time to help you. Today I watched a staff member walk from lane to lane helping a customer find what she was looking for. This make me smile. The staff here really care about the customers.

Kroger always does it right! Giving you variety with excellent service! Something for everyone in the Kroger Deli, prepared foods, deli meats, soups and salads they have much to choose from that is tasty and ready to serve! Fried chicken is always fresh, hot and ready along with side dishes and if you want to make something yourself they offer choice cuts of meat, pre seasoned, semi prepared for your convenience!

I hate Kroger they don’t stand behind the products they sell. Used to shop there all the time but since they wouldn’t make good on a Dearborn ham I bought for Christmas that was spoiled I will never go there. Michigan Ave at Canton Center. Haven’t darkened their door since and never will. Their produce is terrible.

The bottle return area is a nightmare, the employees dont want to go back there and reload the machines. Nice people working the registors though. Ive seen better, but ive seen way worse..( westland )

Bypassed deli again Every time I go there there’s one person serving/slicing. I’m not waiting 15 minutes to get lunch meat. Ridiculous. Only thing worse is lack of full service checkout. Hate self serve checkout. I don’t work there.

Never any carts. Fruit and vegetables suck. Don’t be alone after dark ladies.
