I rated Kroger 2 star based on overall shopping. There were absolutely no carts available other than the motorized ones, which I would not use due to the crowd of shoppers. One could barely navigate the aisles. Granted, shoppers had rushed to the store to “beat the 4″ to 7” of snow predicted for this weekend. What i really found fault with was that product was in the back for the weekend sale and the shelves were bare. Employees were not bringing product out to restock shelves. Even the meat counter was barren. In addition there was a serious lack of crowd control. I normally would not give such a low rating.
