Usually I like the bakery and the deli section that this Kroger’s, but it really depends on when you go. Because of where this Kroger’s is located certain times of the month you get a lot of disrespectful not so nice people that really do throw their trash on the floor and just make a mess. and it really is a shame cuz it’s used to be a really nice store

Worst bakery. Back to back years, they screwed us over on a birthday cake. Was told our cake would be made yesterday, to pick up today. They call to tell us their machines broke down, this morning. It was supposed to be made yesterday. Now their trying to rig the cake and make it into something its not. And the lady was very rude. We should be rude, you’re the one who didn’t do your job.

In Englewood, OH it stays well stocked. Employees attentive and knowledgeable. As a treat they often have decreased priced items that will expire soon. All products good. Desserts, bread, bagels etc etc.
