First time ordering a cake from here. I ordered a half sheet cake with simple decorations. I called before I went to pick it up and the worker said it was ready. I get there and it was not. I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to finish. The message wasn’t written, and when they did write it, not only did it look absolutely awful, it was the wrong color. At this point I just wanted to get out of there because I was very angry. I went to pay for it at the front and the self-service worker asked where my ticket was for it. I said they didn’t give me one, and they said that I pay for it up here so I’m trying to pay for it. She got frustrated and went to grab my ticket from the bakery. She was very rude to me during that encounter. I went to another Kroger location to by icing colors so I could redo the cake myself. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered my son 3rd birthday cake and the older black lady was getting frustrated as I was looking through the cakes..I gave her my order and I thought she listened to everything that I said about the cake but she clearly didn’t they day that I picked up my cake.That wasn’t the cake that I asked her for then on top of that she wrote the spelling wasbt correct and very sloppy.. I told her about the cake and she didn’t to seem to care and I didn’t have time to argue with this rude lady…I went home and fixed the cake myself and it turned out alot better then the cake they gave me..Never again will I order anything for that bakery they are money hungry the whole time I was trying to talk to her about my order she told me many times that I had to pay for the cake first so they can start it but what was the point of putting the order in and they got it wrong ….Beware
