The cake was a cake that they already had made in their display of cakes. I asked if they could write my coworkers name on the cake. Jeff. Very simple. The lady was talking on the phone and messed it up the first time and just swiped the scissors through it and wrote over it. The scissor marks still through the cake. I was on my way to work and it was for a coworkers birthday which is today so I just had to take as is and pay $30 for it. Very disappointed. I should have just wrote it myself. Also… the employee never got off her personal phone.
