This was first issue I ever had with the bakery, I came in 4 days before I needed the cake and she said it would be ready the way i asked for it and it wasn’t. The lady there did her best for a 15 min request cause I couldnt come back. I was very thankful for that. And the manager did give me half off for my troubles. I wasnt complaining to get anything. I was just upset because I never get that kind of service at Kroger. So I complimented that lady that made the cake quickly and complained about the one who lied and didnt do her job. Krogers the only place I get groceries because its so close and convenient.
