We use pick up & never had any issues until today…I’m surprised my bread wasn’t crushed everything was in this bag (5 vitamin waters, 2 boxes of snacks, small loaf of bread, donuts & tomatoes) why wasn’t my tomatoes in with other vegetables??? & my bag broke…I’ll use them again..hoping for better bagging

Long lines… I let people go in front of me bc I have a full basket.. I tell the cashier that a few items are not ringing up in the app and could she tell me the price. She says no. She doesn’t do price checks. She has other customers waiting and I need to go to self checkout.. to take my stuff and go!! I am a paying customer !! Just like everybody else in the store !! Why do these people feel like they’re doing us a favor, by doing their job?;? This is by far my least favorite Kroger to go to, as of today.

So was at the deli today there was one man only getting a pound of 2 different kinds of meats and I waited for over 30 minutes. This la dry had 0 urgency it’s almost like she purposefully took as long as she could so people would leave and she wouldn’t have to do her job. I mean if it takes 30 minutes for every customer they wouldn’t get anything accomplished

The wide variety of products is a plus plus in Kroger markets. I enjoy gathering the numerous coupons that they give you after you check out your stuff. I personally didn’t like I had to check out by my own, coz there was nobody at any counter.

I purchased a $200 gift card here and it turned out invalid and they wouldn’t exchange it for me I’m having to go through a lot of red tape to get it exchange they’re not helping me help you I think they are responsible and they should exchange it for a valid one the card is invalid it cost me $200 I want a refund I want a replacement card that is valid
