This place is so good, I can’t believe I’ve lived in this area pretty much my whole life and never been.
We sat at the bar and our bartender, Cameron, was fantastic. He gave the best recommendations, made great drinks, and was genuinely fun to chat with. He really elevated our whole experience.
We ordered a few bites like the salad, bread, steak bites, and burrata, and everything was solid and enjoyable. The favorite drink we had that we all agreed on was the “Where is Sancho?”
Kro Bar is easily the coolest bar in the area. We actually planned to do a little bar hopping, but after starting here, everywhere else was definitely not as great. The vibes weren’t the same. Kro Bar set the bar way too high and the rest felt pretty average in comparison.
It’s also a very small spot, so plan ahead. Make a reservation or go with a smaller group if you can.

Kro Bar has become one of our absolute favorite places, and for good reason.
The drinks are consistently excellent – thoughtful, balanced, and clearly made by people who care about their craft. The food is honest and well-executed, particularly dishes that celebrate the character of the cut.
One thing that really sets Kro Bar apart is how much intention they put into their events. We’ve attended several prix fixe food-and-drink pairings, all carefully planned and genuinely fun. Just recently, we spent New Year’s Eve at their 9pm-midnight party: a five-course, five-drink experience that was joyful, generous, and incredibly well run. It was our first NYE not spent at home being in town, and we had an absolute blast.
Beyond the food and drinks, the staff truly make this place special. From the bar to the kitchen, everyone is warm, professional, and grounded. Even when faced with challenging situations, they handle things with grace and integrity, which speaks volumes about the culture here.
Kro Bar feels like a place built by people who respect their work and their guests. We always feel welcomed, taken care of, and genuinely happy to be here.
We’ll absolutely keep coming back and recommending it to friends who appreciate good drinks, good food, and good humans.

I love this place! Micheal, you really are awesome! Fantastic service and perfect drink suggestions. We came for a cocktail (definitely suggest a reservation) and couldn’t resist the dessert (OMG yum!!). Drinks were delicious and inventive and I wish I had room for more. Very high quality. Atmosphere worth murdering for And I’ve never been so tickled receiving my check! So inventive. I definitely will be coming back!

Party of 4 for my SIL bday and it was absolute gas! The lychee 75 was tequila based and straight fire. The green goddess salad was mid, though the brussel sprouts can grace my mouth any day that ends in “y”. The pork chop and broccolini is from another world and we are blessed to be able to order it here. Come here on a Wed or Sag and pray to the gods you get Pastry Chef Kyle as a server. End your meal with the cookie and you’ll be in heaven.

I absolutely love kro bar! It has the best ambiance, dark and Gothic, and the nicest staff and bartenders. I love all the fun cocktails and mocktails, and the food is top notch. The space is small so definitely recommend reservations. And it’s best for 2-4 people, they don’t have any big tables.

This is a great cocktail bar; perfect for date nights or small group meet ups. The bartender Cameron is fantastic and super knowledgeable about all cocktails. He makes classics, new aged cocktails and if you tell him what you like he can whip you up a personalized drink on the spot.

From the greet at the door, they gave him a birthday gift, which was super awesome.

I enjoyed a martini extra dirty my guy had an old-fashioned and we shared a crème brûlée, which was to die for!!
I even bought a couple Kro Bar glasses for keepsake so we can remember the spectacular atmosphere.

Went on a date night with the hubby and it was fantastic! Great food, drinks, and service. It’s a small space, so highly recommend making reservations. They have a great holiday menu right now, so make sure to stop by!

Absolutely 1000/10. Amazing service (Shout out Cameron!!!), cocktails, vibes, music, decor and wasn’t expecting the food to also be perfection ! Came on a Saturday night, put our names in, got a massage at relaxation station across the street, and by the time it was done our table was ready. We live in north Seattle and this is our new favorite bar! Don’t sleep on this Kro Bar!
