Ok, Krispy Eaters (white meat)! For some reason, Krispy has stopped offering, being supplied or selling Chicken Breasts. I go in as always, the chicken is krispy looking. I ask for a 4 piece mix. She rings me up and gives me my receipt. You have to pay at the register first and then you get your chicken. TO GO FOLKS… Please check your order before you leave any restaurant! A 4 piece being, a breast, a wing, a leg and a thigh. Chile, I get in my vehicle and roll out. I get settled and ready to krunch right. I open the bag and see a leg, a thigh and 2 chicken tenders! Me… Yes, I was charged the price is a true 4 piece. This is why the review was not at least 4 Star. I usually do not leave bad reviews, but y’all need to know to check your box at Krunchy . P.S. no photos needed, y’all know what chicken pieces look like.

I used to come here every now and then because they have good food. But now I will never go here again for food, gas, or anything else that can be purchased here. I was served food with hair in it! When I came back to this establishment to confront the people about this, all they could say was there sorry and look confused. Some of the staff even had the decency to look at me like I was trying to scam them for free food!! They did nothing nor attempt to do anything to try and fix this situation. I had to ask and demand for a refund from them! Such a disappointment Krispy chicken was left in the hands of these undeserving folk to manage! Completely disgusting and annoying experience overall!!!

it’s really too bad because they have really good chicken. tonight I went into order and the lady behind the counter big language barrier and I thought we were handling things pretty well but she stopped when I was talking to her and continue to clean out the oil pans or whatever it is back there and I stood there for 10 minutes and I was the only one there and she decided it was time to clean everything instead of helping me and I asked the cashier if they could get somebody else to help me and they didn’t know what I was talking about so unfortunately I ended up ended up going to KFC which is still good chicken still more pricey but I will never go back there again for their Krispy chicken

They started out slow in the beginning but now operating like well oiled machine. I no longer have to go to the 23rd St location. Saves me time. Absolutely one of my favorite places to get southern style fried chicken. Better than them other fried chicken guys!!
