Krispy crunchy chicken is located in the Shell gas station off of A st in Antioch Calif, my brother bought some last night and it was pretty good, so we went back today lol, I would recommend you trying it, my youngest daughter said that it looks like we went down south and got it lol, So that’s a very good comment coming from a picky eater lol.

Krispy Crunchy is always fairly good. It’s better than the chicken from KY these days.
And, as soon as the young man tending the counter today gets more confidence in serving the chicken or gains a better attitude about serving chicken, I’m sure the two stars given will increase to more. (It’s easy. The customer orders the chicken. You smile, agree with the customers order, put the requested chicken and anything else requested into a container, hand it to the customer, smile again, and thank the customer for coming.) However, Circle K will always be just that. And two stars is about all a small store like that should expect. It wasn’t dirty. Just very small.

My husband has been wanting to try this place. So we went and I got him a meal . He loved the honey biscuits he said it was one of the best honey biscuits he had. He also loved the chicken the way it’s marinated and then battered it. I got a chicken sandwich and it wasn’t the best . I would say past on the sandwich. And just get their chicken. It’s a gas station and a lot of Krispy Krunchy locations are in gas stations.

We had heard about Krispy Krunchy on Google. Weird that it’s inside a gas station, but this is great chicken! We ordered the 8-piece dark box. The chicken is perfectly crispy and moist. Flavor is similar to Popeyes, but a little less cajun, but with lots of flavor. Better tasting that Popeye’s IMHO!

Great tasting chicken strips, and their potato wedges are the best around. Everything is always hot and ready to go. Most of the time when I go in they will always ask if I’m in a hurry and if not they will cook a fresh order and have it for me in about 5 minutes. The staff is very polite and ready to help. The minute you walk in someone is always greeting you and making you feel welcome.

This place is Horrible! Food is always cold. Customer service is just as bad. When you purchase chicken strips, they will give you free hot sauce and ketsup. You have to purchase your desired dipping sauce for an extra fee. Even when you are buying 4 or more strips. The explanation is: This is what it says on the menu. I have to use what they are giving away free, or purchase dipping sauce of my choice for an additional price. Wow! I had no idea that fast food restaurants could dictate what I can eat. I’m also sending my complaint in to the corporate office about this particular location. Whenever I purchase in Richmond, Ca I don’t have this problem. The lady and her staff need to learn customer service. I’m done supporting this location

Drove by this gas station for seven years wondering what it was. Saw it advertised at a Mexican Restaurant off the freeway and other places also. Finally my curiousity overcame me. Read a positive review so checked it out. 2 pieces of chicken and a small biscuit $4.99. Chicken was good and biscuit a little overcooked. Will be OK for a quick bite.
