If I could score it a zero I would ! I drive a city bus…I drive by this place everyday needless to say…go in on a layover to get my favorite fried chicken…. I have eaten this bomb gas station chicken dozens of times and never been disappointed…well ! This place managed to ruin Krunchy Fried chicken…it was hard like WOOD ! DRY ..PETRIFIED dare I say ! Dude at register was like “kum early get vest chikun ” I was beyond…I told him he shouldn’t sell OLD CHICKEN…he was dumfounded…he dared to say ” this is why I tell customers to buy in am time !!! I’m like really ? Wt%,!!!!

Called ahead of time to see if they were open. The lady said yes and that they just put out a fresh batch of biscuits, which is what I was ordering. I arrived at the location in about 3 mins. I bought the Biscuits and drove off as I was tasting it. They were so dry and brittle that they just fell apart when I bit them. I brought them back and requested a refund.

Went in and ordered a 2 piece chicken meal, and a large side of Mac and cheese, they don’t have any Mac and cheese, of course. So I get fries instead. I get home and I have no biscuit which is supposed to come with my chicken. So I call and ask if my chicken meal I just ordered was supposed to come with a biscuit just to make sure and the lady who helped me says “yes” and I said okay well you forgot to give me my biscuit. And she said “oh okay”…… okay? Lmao I said okay what do I go back and get my biscuit she said “if you want” I said okay well a “I’m sorry” would be nice since you forgot it and I drove home already. She said “oh okay….. well sorry I forgot your biscuit you can come back to get it or if you don’t you don’t” great customer service!!! Will def never return to this location. So rude.
