I hope this is the correct location inside choctaw casino. First off I understand they are extremely busy however the blonde i assume who was a manager…. VERY RUDE!!! She needs another job. Second I knew the wait would be long and I was fine with that but get back to my room and my order was horrible. Tenders were cold and tough, my red beans and rice maybe had two spoonfuls in the cup wasn’t even half way full and the biscuit was hard as a rock. Not worth the $14 bucks i paid.

Do not eat here. At 11pm, I waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich ordered from the kiosk before I checked status. The first time I asked about status of my order, after 3 people who ordered after me got their food, I was told “if it’s tenders, it might be slow”. The second time I inquired, it was the sandwich that was slow. When I asked for food or my money back, they gave me someone else’s order.

Order wings on 12/5/2021 at 10:22 p.m, and it was not busy, at 10:45 p.m we was still sitting waiting. I noticed people walking up after us ordering, and getting out. We had ordered pizza and it didn’t take it, but maybe 8 minutes. I ask the young gentleman how much longer he said another 10 minutes. It does not take know 35 minutes for wings to cook. If I knew this, I wouldn’t have ordered. On top the young gentleman was frustrated with me asking. I can understand if it was busy, but it wasn’t.

If I could give no stars I would. This was horrible service waited almost an hour for food, gave up and got a refund. Four people ahead of us still had not received their orders while I was waiting on refund. Meanwhile they are still taking orders. Looked at the screen and there were 12 orders waiting.

Went to this chicken place again today 12/25/2021 & waited 52 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken. Many customers were very upset & yelling, but the older lady that said she was the manager just kept making excuses. She claimed one of her workers walked on her today & that’s why there were so behind, yet they are always behind. Choctaw please close this place & bring in a decent chicken place that actually cares about the customers. It appears to me now that choctaw doesn’t care how horrible the service is at this place. DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
