Krispy Krunchy Chicken® (KKC), founded in Louisiana in 1989, is a quick-serve solution for convenience stores, truck stops, universities, casinos, and big box retailers across the U.S. Every piece of our chicken and tenders is marinaded in a proprietary mix of mild but oh-so-flavorful spices, then double hand-breaded and fried to golden perfection. We serve it with the best sides around and most every order comes with a little bit of crowning glory – a freshly baked biscuit, generously drizzled with pure honey goodness.
Fast-food eatery specializing in Cajun-style fried chicken, plus wings, seafood, breakfast & more.

But this last time I noticed the staff using dirty rags to clean knives they’re using and one of the staff gave an excuse to why they can only cook a single pizza at a time and didnt care that multiple people were questioning why it was taking so long. This won’t stop me from going but I will be more attention to the kitchen from what I’ve seen today. Also apparently they only cut pizzas into four slices so make note before you order anything (pizza wasn’t a small)
In fairness, there is a snowstorm going on, so maybe their turnover is very slow.
I think the chicken was from this morning, or maybe yesterday.
It was so dry, it stuck in my throat.
To make matters even worse, $18 for four pieces of chicken (including two wings) and some coleslaw prices me out of the chicken eating business.
Update, called another krispy crunchy chicken. They said they would never refuse an order.
This location needs new management. No wonder it has a low score
Friendly staff in a busy/hopping take-out location in a busy gas station. The Cajun strips are always super juicy, and the inconsistency in the ‘heat’ in the seasoning make them feel more home-made than the ‘production’ feeling of most fast food chicken offerings.
I know of several folks that have had large trays of chicken ordered for graduation open houses and other large events!
