See my original review below…. I just ordered delivery again. But first I called to ask if they have potato wedges and was told yes. I waited over an hour for my $50 grubhub order, and the food is lovely once again – BUT WHY DO THEY SHOW POTATO WEDGES AND THEN GIVE ME A HUGE CLUMP OF FRIES – that’s not what I ordered…. I won’t order again, I even called them back to advise taking those off the website to order – he didn’t care. This location lost my business for sure!
I ordered delivery the other day for lunch and let me just say “LOVELY”… The chicken tenders were huge and juicy, and had just the right spice, a tad bit more sauce would’ve been appreciated for the amount you get. I just now got to my Jambalaya, and was beyond impressed at how delicious it was. Only downfall, the images show potato wedges for fries – so I was disappointed when I received my order and didn’t get wedges, not that they were bad or anything. Mac ‘n Cheese was good, pretty normal.

Now I have been going to these KKC places but this one has them beat, I just found my chicken spot , the main reason I was going was they have fried corn on cob and being from the south I was missing it. But I found it, if only they would make a restaurant, but theses little snack spots are still good. It’s in a citco station on Jefferson, find it trust you will like it

I enjoyed every bite of their cajun chicken strips, and the chicken sandwich. Both are delicious. All of the sided like mash potatoes and gravy, mac n cheese, and the beans and rice are great when hot. One of the best biscuits i’ve had in a while! I ordered the honey biscuits and the blueberry biscuits and they were absolutely delectable! If you haven’t, you definitely need to try this joint.

My fries where hot, but my chicken breast and wing was kind of dry. However, other times I had the chicken was hot and juicy. So it’s a hit and miss. It’s best to ask first if the chicken is hot and fresh.

I ordered from here through door dash because I had a taste for some good ole fried chicken because I am vegan. I ordered their chicken sandwich, I ordered some mixed chicken, macaroni, mashed potatoes and gravy, some fried fish and boneless barbecue chicken tenders. I could not wait to taste that chicken but the doordasher AHMED ran off with my order and doordash had to refund my 38.53 cents. I didn’t know Arabs loved fried chicken like I do. I guess the smell of the food got to him. Maybe I should have ordered some lamb instead but I was so upset so I really can’t say if the food was delicious and maybe God didn’t want me to eat the chicken for whatever reason but from the looks of it the chicken does look finger looking good.

This place is great. The food is great Others food probably come out bad because the disrespect the employees get. Theres only 2 people work at a time. Also dont order this thur door dash. Door dash does an up charge on all the food. Just go in yourself

I would have gave them a 4 because the boneless chicken wings are definitely good and the chicken strips are good but when I say they changed the price on the order right in front of my eyes it was so crazy to me I didn’t understand it so that is why I give them a 3 you don’t change the price right in front of somebody and say oh we change the prices yesterday
