Tuesday 30 December. The lady didn’t want to fulfill my order. i told her I would wait. Which I’ve done many times. But she didn’t care I Order a family meal she told me all we have is chichen. I also wanted more but she was not compliant to make more. The cook was still battering chichen and kept quiet. They were always friendly in the past. Ill never go there again to be treated like my money isn’t good enough.

This is the best chicken period. I was here on a whim and am so happy I stopped in. The staff is friendly with warm welcoming smiles. The service is quicker than lightening, and the food!!! I believe the person on the fryer has a special gift because I have never had fast food chicken that was so crunchy AND moist. I’m literally ending my vacation with a good taste in my mouth. I was craving fried chicken and decided to try Crispy Crunchy Chicken in Tallahassee. I tried this chicken about 2 years ago in a different city. Overall it was well seasoned and good however it seems that they changed the breading/batter or maybe it was just this location. The macaroni and cheese was just average and the potato wedges were the best. The service was fast and no issue with parking.

I ordered through Uber Eats and didn’t see they would close at 5 Pm and ordered at 4:55 Pm (I’m so sorry). The lady was so incredibly nice who spoke to me, and everyone who made my food to which didn’t have to for they had already techinally closed by the time I got there. It was incredibly sweet of them, and I want to make it publicly known how much that meant to not only myself, but my family who also LOVED the food! I recently had a bad experience with a place that served me fried gizzards. And when I say bad experience, I mean I was served a God awful abomination in a cup. The name rhymes with bindys. ( if you would like to hear about it go read the review I left.) It still bothers me now almost two weeks later.
The Chicken Shack made up for all the PTSD the other place gave me about fried gizzards. I think over time, with the help of Krispy Krunchy Chicken, my soul will be healed. Thank you

The place is very clean and inviting. The food is really good and reasonably priced. I LOVED all their chicken, it’s not greasy at all and has such a great flavor. All of their sides are really good too.very pleased with the quality for the price. Would recommend to friends!
