Chicken was mediocre, bordering on basic. Had obviously been cooked well in advance and was served lukewarm. Cajun, hardly. Fried okra should have been advertised as breading with a modicum of okra in the middle. Will I go back, no. Not worth it. Seemed to be a lot of people coming in for gizzards and other, made to order food, could be a sign!

Absolutely outstandingly delicious. We saw this location looking for chicken joints in the area and found it had outstanding reviews. We were a little skeptical but once we got there place a order and started eating it was delicious. If you’re in the area and you’re looking for some delicious chicken this is your spot.

I came at the end of the night, 30 mins before closing. They were able to accommodate me!
I did, however, give up my fried fish to the woman and her family behind me line. They had a point: it’s Friday. Stay open later or have enough fish to fry.
The fried chicken – some of the best!
Mac and Cheese – They could level up here. Way too salty and tasted just like Velveeta and over cooked noodles. Would not recommend.
Collards – expected and wanted more. Meh.
Corn fritters – to die for!!
Fried green tomatoes – might go back during the day to see if there is a difference but they were quite delicious.
Unpacked at home. Chicken was amazing in the toaster oven the next day for leftover!
Next up – I can’t wait to try the pineapple tea!

Amaizing food. Amaizing service. They really make you feel like family. Mr. James is like that chill uncle. He came out and personally thanked us for coning in and could not have been more greatful we loved the food

I heard a lot about this franchise from my family. So I decided to try it. The place is pretty clean and the staff is pretty well courteous. The chicken was not as great as I thought it was going to be. It was good but not enough to travel a distance to eat it. I had the Mac and cheese. It was poorly made with no taste. I think this place is good if you live near it or it is on your way home. Not good enough to go out of your way to eat.

While service is nothing ‘special’, it’s still friendly and quick. The food on the other hand, is the finest fried chicken I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. It’s perfectly crispy while still retaining the flavor and texture of the skin underneath, and the chicken breast is the most moist white meat chicken I’ve ever had. The fries remind me of Popeyes, but waffle’d! Mac and cheese is pretty tasty, too! And the biscuits are a delightfully sweet & savory treat. I’ll be back many times in the future!

Took way longer than expected. There were 4 of us total. We waited for over 15 minutes for barely warm food. The cashier ‘forgot’ to make one of my co-workers food. Under new management or not I would avoid this place.

We’ve been wanting to try their chicken and it was delicious. Very flavorful and CRUNCHY. My husband LOVED!!!@ the peach cobbler. He hasn’t stopped talking about it.
My sweet potatoes fries were not crisp. Maybe because we got our food to go and ate at home. The fries may have been crisp if I ate them right away. We’re definitely going back.

Everything was so good and made to order. The tenders were so big and seasoned to perfection. The chicken wings were great too and they were not small. Can’t wait to go back!
