I’ll NEVER GO HERE AGAIN !!! I came at 12pm and got a family meal. The French fries was soggy and cold , tenders chewy, the bucket of chicken was dark in color and dried out. I use to go here a lot so I know what the fries and chicken supposed to be like .. he gave me all OLD Chicken or re fried chicken. I EVEN called before this review because I didn’t want to hurt the company but the way they treated me after explaining the food.. it was no solution. If you do eat from here please check your food and also don’t go early because they’re selling dried old tasting food ! $41 down the drain ! Even my dog didn’t want it !

I have been coming to this Krispy Krunch for about 3years and have always had a good experience. Ali, one of the employees has always been pleasant even when it’s felt like 110 degrees or more inside he still has always had a smile. Now I can’t remember the other gentleman names who work there but they are professional and kind as well. If you’re looking for good food and a pleasant atmosphere…. Give them a try!! You won’t regret it!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The workers are horrible at this location. No one knows what you get when you pay extra for a 8 piece MIXED….. I payed for 2 of everything the worker argued me down that I’m only getting one breast when I payed for two. When I told him that’s now the order he argued me down telling me down get smart with him cuz he can get smarter. When I went to take a picture of him he said take a picture of this and put up both his middle fingers as I left. I have to explain what I’m paying for to them EVERYTIME I go to this place. Then on top of it all we all waited outside for a half hour because the were not open at 11 as posted. They opened the door at 11:30 and were nasty about it telling us we still had to wait 10 more minutes. You can tell he was in a bad mood from the door. His photo is attached. His mouth is foul and he should not work in food service.

While the food is great and reasonably priced, their seems to be no ac in the building. I place my order, (some items such as their honey shrimp are made when ordered), and step outside. I really is unbearable standing inside with that heat.
