I don’t know if they finally listened to people’s complaint but wow, their donuts are finally fresh when you buy there. They used to be dry, days old, but for the last 5 times we have been there, their donuts were really good and they get our order right every time as well. I hope they will keep up the good work, and continue with selling fresh donuts, it is what we expect and pay for after all.

Food was amazing girl working the counter was great. There was a girl in the back working the drive through glared at us when we walked in and when we walked out and got in our car. She was standing behind the counter flipping us off. She had black hair and seemed very angry. Me and the girl at the counter had an amazing conversation so I don’t know why she felt the need to flip us off.

We would’ve gave Krispy Kreme five stars overall, but they were out of their signature glazed donuts. They had a huge order of 20 dozen donuts, go out just as their crew was cleaning up, and they decided not to make any more.

I wanted to buy a dozen donuts and get the $2.00 second dozen. They hide oreo donuts over bye the drive-thru. They aren’t in the front display. Staff not very good at letting you know what they have in-stock. My filled donuts almost had no filling. See pictures…don’t waste your time stopping here. Not worth the very high price you pay for donuts. They charge extra for alot of the different types of donuts. Just don’t waste your time or money at this Krispy Kreme in Wasilla. They have a hard time ringing up customers at the register.

Just don’t bother. Go to Donut King or Holy MOley where you may pay more but at least get something worth eating! Last order from KK was a filled dozen, almost no filling in any of them. Later heard that corporate came through and told them they were filling the doughnuts too full….! To be fair, adding more filling would not elevate these to the level of DK or HM, but at least it would be a step in the right direction.

They weren’t busy when we were there…they do close at 3:00pm so can’t fill an evening donut crave or a pick up to have for the morning.. but I hear its 1 of only 2 Krispy Kremes in alaska..but the white cream fills were excellent..sweet and fresh..thanks

I hardly ever stop here because of the high prices but how do u justify 7.96 for 3 scrawny dry donuts ??? I remember when Krispy Kreme was the the top of the donut list . Now u guys not only lack quality product but are pricing ur way out of business. SO DISAPPOINTING. ☹️ certainly isn’t what ur advertised pics show on what u r buying!
