You have got to step up your customer service skills. Every time I’ve ever come to this location the customer service is absolutely terrible.
There are too many local mom and pop donut shops with excellent customer service and great donuts that I can shop at for you to be lacking in that area as bad as you are. This is coming for someone who buys multiple dozens a week for my staff and clients.

We went through Drive Thru and it was so quick and we got our Dozen of sugary goodness. When you get them fresh off the belt still warm it melts in your mouth! Only problem is they did not give us a receipt for our credit card transaction.

I love donuts but I’ve only had donuts from Krispy Kreme once or twice. These donuts are expensive! They also don’t look well decorated. They packaged them in a way where the Halloween ones got smushed a bit. They also don’t taste fresh. The pretzels are already soft! Picked these up at 9 am. Not sure when they made them but if you told me they made them today I wouldn’t believe you. Average donuts at a premium price. Meh!

I purchased a dozen variety pack, and Kerel and Sade provided exceptional assistance, helping me with everything I needed. Their expertise and knowledge of the products were impressive, and their friendly demeanor made the experience even sweeter!
The doughnuts were, of course, divine! Fresh, soft, and utterly delicious. The variety pack offered a great selection, and I enjoyed every single one.
Kerel and Sade’s excellent service and expertise made my visit truly special. They are a credit to the Krispy Kreme team! If you’re craving the perfect doughnut experience, look no further than this location. I can’t wait to return!
