I really hope this review is taken seriously because enough is enough. I absolutely love Krispy Kreme and it has been my doughnut preference for years…but this particular location needs to step it up. On several separate occasions, I’ve gone to the store during regular business hours and the store was closed due to lack of staff or lack of materials. I’ve ordered online and received half of what I actually ordered with replacements that my family don’t like and no heads-up of the swap. EVERY TIME, (and I mean EVERY time), I decide to take advantage of the seasonal options, they’re not available at this location (including “simple” one’s like pumpkin spice). Again, it’s not Krispy Kreme as a whole, IT’S THIS LOCATION. Management needs a change because whoever is in charge of this store is not taking care of it and I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to the Layton store then take my chances with this one.
The last straw: I’m trying to order ahead for a Valentine’s Day dozen and LITERALLY everything is out of stock at this location. And it’s not just order ahead that’s out of stock. I looked to see if I can order for pick up as soon as possible and I see the same thing. Maybe the staff took the day off to watch the Superbowl? Who knows. Good thing I can rely on the Layton location to take care of me! Honestly, please step it up or just shut it down because I’m done holding out hope for this store.

Every time my family and I come here he greets us with a warm welcoming smile, a friendly, happy, positive attitude, and is very quick to get you your orders! Making our experience even better each time we come to purchase some donuts.
Krispy Kreme you guys really need to keep this man around! Give him a raise and a promotion asap! It is people like him who will take your company to the next level, I promise you that!

The original glazed donut is probably my favorite donut of all time. It’s light, airy, perfectly sweet, and not super greasy. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. This place is also awesome as they give free donuts for good grades.

The light at the window and on their sign is red. When it’s red, means no payment, you get to get your donuts free per person in the vehicle. The donuts itself weren’t even fresh! My sister had to pay $7.13. She shouldn’t have to pay. Other Krispy Kreme donut shops, give you them for free when the light is red!

Always Great to get a Krispy Kreme donut, this location is sometime out of simple things like milk, who doesn’t like a nice cold milk with a nice warm donut? And the staff seem to not really like their jobs too much but thats just my opinion from several visits. They’re not too friendly just the bare minimum to take your money and give you your food.

Usually this Krispy Kream is great, but I went there today and got my donuts. I opened the box and they looked a little weird. I realized that they were not fresh, they were at least a day old, and you could tell by the taste and looks. I paid full price for them and was disappointed because usually they have great donuts 🙁

Went to pick up donuts for Christmas Eve morning and got there at 7:45 PM (website said open until 9) and no one was there and it was locked up. There was nothing on their sign for holiday hours saying they would close early on December 23rd. I called the Layton location and they were still open until 9, and said the Riverdale road store should still be open. I had to drive an extra 30 mins out of my way because they decided to close early.

First, I have to say the doughnuts are amazing. If sweet is what you are looking for, here is where you you get your fix. Always fresh. Next, the place is clean and the service is fast and friendly. They do make a few different coffee type drinks and they are good too. They have a decent drive thru and are pretty quick to keep the lines down, but they also don’t rush you so you can take your time choosing your favorites. I recommend it 100%. Come here and often for your treats and you won’t be disappointed . If you’ve never been here, you’ll love it. If you have been here, you know you’ll love it! From one customer to another, Krispy Kreme is awesome!!!
