Customer service is always excellent, but the donuts aren’t the best in town. Maybe 1 out of 7 times you’ll get a dozen glazed that are truly worth it—but that’s rare, and usually not before you’ve spent $100. Lately, I’ve been really disappointed, especially with the taste of the donuts, to the point where I even took a picture. The machine is often down or they’re out of donuts, but the service remains great.

I ordered online. The dining room was closed and so I had to go through the drive through. I waited 35 mins for approximately 8 cars to go through. When I pulled up to the window I received 2 boxes of what appeared to be day old refrigerated donuts. When I ate one it was definitely not fresh and had been refrigerated. My kids wouldn’t even eat them 🙁

Came here for donut holes. It’s only 8:55am and they don’t have any today. Not because the sold out but the drive through representative said no we don’t have those today. Weird for a huge chain to not have the center of a donut when all of them are supposedly made here. The sign says fresh and hot as well. Trivial thing to complain about but this location is always out of something and Kristy Kreme isn’t cheap, the products are very expensive. Won’t be back

It’s been a while since we’ve been to a krispy Kreme. It was still fun watching the doughnut process. The service was good, I will say the fresh doughnuts are still better than the in case doughnuts.

This place looks closed from the outside, but it isn’t. I was greeted kindly when I walked in. However, the floors were dirty, and my donut tasted cold. I also don’t enjoy their espresso beverages. I wish this location was better-maintained.

What can you say about Krispy Kreme?Other than horrible product , horrible price. The donuts keep getting smaller and the price keeps getting larger. And the quality well let’s talk about that. I ordered 2 chocolate iced custard. Filled donuts and when I received them. They were not only undercooked and doughy in the middle, but there was no filling in it. And the outside of the doughnut was hard and crusty like it had been sitting in the display case for a month. The glazed donut was nasty too!!! I do not know how they can possibly pump so much air into donut, which was also undercooked. You could have easily squished that donut down into the size of a marble. And it too is half the size of what they use to be. After swearing off Krispy Kreme donuts.I thought I’ll try one more time.I was in a different city and a different store and I thought well maybe. Bad decision!!! Save your money, don’t go to Krispy. Kreme donut, it’s obviously standard across all their stores to try to cheat customers as much as possible. Awesome. It is so sickening sweet inside of the store that if d*** near makes your eyes water. All over horrible experience, stay away from Krispy. Kreme, that’s my openguin. Here’s a picture of what I did with my donuts. Right in the dumpster!!!

Not coming back here. My donuts was ICE COLD! I can get better donuts at the grocery store! My big back did not appreciate this at all and I wasted my money and wasted my time. And I’m sure my trash can loved them!

The last time I visited Krispy Kreme the Lobby wasn’t open, and they served one kind of donut, which was also the case on my previous visit. My granddaughters had to frost their own donuts because all they sold was glazed. If I visit a donut shop I expect there to be more than one kind of donut. All in all, TERRIBLE experience.

Went to pick up my online order for @8:45am on 7/26/25. Waited in line as instructed to get my order. After standing in line for 10 minutes the employee at the counter told me she wasn’t going to fulfill any online orders and only helping those who were there to order. Was told to wait until she got through everyone else. As I stand off to the side waiting for my online order more and more people come in. They are now getting helped before I am. Not to mention I was not the only person waiting for an online order. After waiting 30 MINUTES I was finally helped.
Thankfully my order was only a few dozen original glazed and some coffee boxes. Otherwise I could have been without the donuts I ordered due to them running out helping those after me (happened to another order pickup in the store).
I placed my online order @6:30am and was hoping to hop into the store to quickly grab it for a birthday party. Was not planning on having to wait 30 minutes!
If I could have figured out how to cancel my order I would have.
Overall, not satisfied with the service and how rudely the online order people were treated.
