Loved the harry potter donuts. My grandma especially enjoyed them. Love that there are coupons occassionally. The speciality golden snitch drink was delicious and the staff was better than starbucks. Smelled fresh, looked fresh. Fair price. Happy to share them with grandmas nursing home staff in hopes they would care better.

The employee was fantastic she was nice and helpful. I didn’t get my hot n ready glazed donuts. I did however get hot n ready donut holes. They were delicious nothing better than a hot Krispy Kreme. They also have a few Krispy Kreme novelties that you can purchase as well. Definitely loved the atmosphere very quiet inside and the wait was not very long at all.

Krispy Kreme!! What the heck happened to your original glazed donuts!!! I drove clear across Wichita, Ks to buy 2 dozen glazed donuts to share with my neighbors. Thank goodness the employee gave me a ‘hot and fresh’ glazed one, because I would’ve been ticked off to have got home with those! And, at a cost of almost $30! Dang, KK, the one I ate 2 bites of was absolutely the worst donut I have ever got from a donut shop. They were dense and rawish tasting and I’m pretty sure the glaze icing was all but out in the machine. Not to be completely defeated, I settled for 3 Choco iced ones which were good, but nothing like an original glazed one warmed up. And what’s up with your prices these days? Why are you charging people only a couple $$ less for a half dozen compared to a full dozen. Service was good. SMH

I don’t go here often, because I’m trying to get healthier, but man these are good doughnuts! The service is always kind and speedy. I like the variety and the new flavors Krispy Kreme comes out with. They also send out some pretty good coupons, that may be available within their app? I’m not sure. In any case, these are really good doughnuts and I definitely prefer them over DD.

I ordered a teddy bear donut on Valentine’s Day Saturday morning. Later that day I opened up my sack and it just had a heart donut in it, not the teddy bear I wanted. Was very disappointed! That was all I wanted for Valentine’s Day. If they didn’t have it they should have told me. I ordered on mobile app and went through the dive through.

I had ordered late night through DoorDash because I was craving some glazed doughnuts. I ordered a 3 count doughnut box and a chocolate milk. Opened the box, wondering why it was lighter, only to see two of the three glazed doughnuts. It looks like there was originally three, but someone removed one. I’m honestly upset, because that is not right. I understand if people want to be petty with late at night DoorDash orders, but your pettiness gains you a bad review. I’m sorry, but this just isn’t right.
Here’s a picture for proof. Yes, before you ask, the box was indeed sealed by the usual sticker it’s closed with. So I know for a fact that it wasn’t my dasher. I just wanted to bring this up, because if it has happened to me, it may most certainly be happening to other DoorDash orders.

We absolutely love Krispy Kreme. Got a dozen donuts and 2 hot and fresh free donuts. We ate two while walking to the car also. I definitely recommend it. We will be back, of course, for another dozen soon

So we were going to hit up the drive thru before leaving town. I’m so glad we went in. I’d never been in a Krispy Kreme. Unbelievable, is a a word I can use to describe my experience. They pulled fresh (and I mean fresh, I just saw them fried) donuts off the line and threw them in our box. I’d never had a donut that delicious. It was soft, warm, delicious! I really wish we had one in our town of Beloit!!!! Check out the videos!
