Know it was early and that the doughnuts can be warmed in microwave. Was first time picking up doughnuts when store opened. Was not expecting cold doughnuts from day before. Have been fortunate when picking up orders before to receive fresh from oven which are great. If you have to warm up in microwave when you first pick them up, not nearly as good and was disappointing.

It was $14 for six donuts and they were almost out of all the flavors and they were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. It was 7: 00pm and I get that that’s not the ideal donut time but don’t be open if you’re not going to be out of everything. My kids were really upset

Ordered 4 – 24 packs of donut holes. Talked to the manager the day before I ordered them and they told me they would be able to fulfill my order. It was for a party and when we showed up to pick them up they said they didnt make our order!!!! Why would the manager say they could do it and then not!! They should have said they cannot do it instead of me ordering and expecting it. No wonder they are closing stores all over. Would not recommend.

The guy put fresh glazed donuts from the conveyor belt right into the box! That were warm and fresh and literally melted in our mouths!! Such a fun treat and always satisfying! The staff has always been friendly and kind. It’s very quiet inside which is nice

I’m very disappointed that I was not able to get the Harry Potter donuts as they were sold out. But I did get the Chocolate glazed and Pumpkin glazed which was good, but still upset about not getting the Harry Potter special as tomorrow is the last day to get them.

Holy Moly Donut shop, these Donuts are every bit of the word delicious. The perfect sweetness, soft and not too doughy. They were HOT off the belt and the aroma it self I could eat. They give plenty of options for Donut variety, i didnt see any other food options. I arrived an hour after opening and smiled when I seen their HOT and Fresh light on. I’m sure it’s everyone’s favorite light, but on or off krispy Kreme won’t miss. The establishment was clean and staff was very welcoming and kind. Definitely worth stopping in. Wheelchair accessible and family-friendly.
