It is frequent that we try to order from this location and without fail every time we have issues and the issues are similar.
They are supposed to be open at 6am and I got there Sunday at 720. There was a cart in front of the drive through and all doors were locked. The inside restaurant is a disaster (as seen from the windows out side). Lights were off. I called the number listed and a young boy answered the phone noting that they open the drive through at 700am. Mind you it was 720am and everything was closed up. I went around to the window to pick up my online order that was supposed to be ready at 645am. The girl opened the window with eyes half opened, did not offer a greeting and waited for me to initiate conversation. I asked for my order. She closed the window and I watched her walk into the restaurant to pack up my box (so not ready when I got there). She hands me the box without and acknowledgment and then shut the window. I opened the box to find burnt, disgraceful looking Peanuts character donuts. Like I said this is not my first experience with this. I have also been refunded for orders that were not ready and no one answering the door, and we have had issues with staff many times getting disgruntled about having to unlock the door often due to not having donuts made for sale. There is not another location close by so I keep hoping for change but this is extremely disappointing!

Krispy Kreme doughnuts real famous glazed donuts that everyone loves, especially me. I came here a few months ago and they wasn’t even open. I had to leave empty-handed maybe because the management.? The last 2 I stopped at Krispy Kreme doughnuts was perfect fresh donuts, friendly service.

I will start off by saying Krispy Kreme is my favorite cheat day meal. However, when I show up early morning on Sundays or in this case 2:00 p.m. and there is a menu full of items to choose from and the person over the drive-thru speaker tells me they only have original glazed and no coffee. I don’t understand how this business is still going. If I were to guess I would say it’s more laziness than anything else. I just wanted a cream-filled glazed donut and coffee with cream and sugar.

This use to be a place you came to for a good donut and experience. Now it’s just garbage the hot and ready sign is on but you can’t get a warm donut. The lobby is closed and half the items on the menu they stopped selling? Then why is on the menu? The staff is rude, all I said is why are the mini donuts on the menu if your company stopped selling them? And she shoved the box at me and didn’t even say anything.

Sad, this location used to be great. Doors were open, you could walk in and order donuts and go. Who would think that is so difficult to accomplish with a donut store!
Went on July 5th, doors are locked again, store looks empty. Drive thru line is there, so must be open. 30 minutes later, I left with donuts. That was with people pulling out and leaving the line too.
While in the drive thru, you get to smell the garbage wafting from the dumpster and the back of the store, and watch the employees try to figure out what they are even doing there, let alone their existence. Then it took several minutes to put a dozen glazed into a box. No smiles, no friendliness…
Trash cans filled with dough, who knows why. Dough all over the parking lot, the dumpster, in pales, boxes. One can only wonder. Definitely my last time here, I only stuck it out this time for the kids. At least the donuts were good in the end, but not as good as usual.
Seeing the employees let’s you know why it has gone to crap.

This store has gone severely downhill. Went through the drive thru today to get 2 dozen glazed. The first thing we’re told is there are only 4 types of donuts available this morning, that’s fine we only need glazed. We received the donuts but no receipt. We paid nearly $32 for ice cold stale donuts.

The worker was NOT WEARING GLOVES when handing the donuts. Walked around the store carrying them one by one bare handed. By 6:45 AM, they were out of original, Oreo, and milk. The ones I did get were hard and overcooked. Poor experience and will not be back. Disgusting in more ways than one.

What happened to this place? The donuts are smaller, the glaze tastes watered down and has the texture of wet elmers glue rather than the classic smooth glassy deliciousness of the old days.
Krispy Kreme has always been my favorite treat since I was a kid, it’s depressing to see it fall so far.

I haven’t been to Krispy Kreme for a long time. I stopped by to pick up a couple of donuts while in the area. This location is spacious and clean. They didn’t have the cinnamon roll so I got the original glazed, chocolate iced with custard filling and glazed lemon filled. I liked the original glazed here lot because they came out fresh. Service was amazing.

Absolutely! The worst Krispy Kreme location I have ever been to. My mother and daughter came through there just a week or so ago they didn’t have two or three of the donuts even in stock so they asked for a cup of coffee. The coffee machine wasn’t working either. I have been by there two or three times while they are advertised being open that they have been closed. And now there is a sign on the drive-thru order board that is old and folded up. You have to get out of your vehicle to read it to let you know that they are closed because the machines are down. The management in this place is an absolute joke. I just sat behind a couple older folks who sat at the drive-thru order board for about 5 minutes then drove off. Obviously there are people there. The back door’s open. There’s cars in the parking lot. The lights are on but not one of them came out to say hey we’re closed. So this couple just sat there. After they pulled off I pulled up. Saw the paper. Got out of my vehicle to look at it and it said they were closed. Absolutely horrible place
