Just wanted a taste of the Halloween varieties here today and ordered ahead from the app just to arrive at a store with locked doors and a slowly rolling drive through. After letting the folks know I was there for my own order she then stated “We only have two types of seasonal donuts available ” and offered two of the Cookies and Scream and a Candy Bag. I was disappointed but agreed then when I left the drive through, the whole conversation was null because there were three separate seasonal donuts in the box. Why we even had that conversation I’ll never know. I will say that the donuts themselves were delicious and well decorated.

Unfortunately this location has gone downhill so much. You never know if they will be open or not, but today I got “lucky” when I saw that they were open.
I was the only person in the drive through (btw lobby is locked) – so there no other people here. I ordered six donuts and my order of 6 donuts was incorrect. The person came to the window creator unhappy they he has to work. There was no professional courtesy, I was handed my box and the window was slammed. I opened the box and noticed my order is wrong. Did not go back because with that service – you never know what else could happen.
I will not go back to this location.

My family and I live almost an hour away. The advertising for the winter collection caught our eye and we decide lots go. We get there and the only donuts available are original glazed that look over cooked and stale. This was at 1pm 1:30 at the latest. You all advertise you are open until 10pm. So why does donut production stop and below standard donuts for sale? This has happened to our family more than once so the lesson is learned on my end. Will not be giving it another try.

We placed an order through the app for pickup. When I arrived I was in formed of the 5 available donut options available. I then proceed to inform the person I was there for an online order. The reply was ” we don’t have glaze, custard, or oreo what would you like as a substitute.” How does a donut shop not have the most basic donut?? Didnt have any donuts the day i went. It was the christmas eve day and i got there about 2 hours before they closed. I told my family i would bring them fresh donuts from them because they live in the country. I drove from my house 30 minutes out of the way to be told this bs. I was so unhappy. I had to then go to Walmart and grab what they had. And play it off as new. I wont go back. Theres alot of competition so i imagine with that customer focus they wont be around in a few years

We wanted to come in and get the Halloween donut set. When we got there, the lobby was closed. We got into the drive-through, and it took 15 minutes for us to move one car. In the meantime, I watched 5 families get out and get disappointed when they couldn’t go into the lobby (it is, after all, the most magical part of the visit).
We watched several cars pull out of the drive-through, too, and that’s what we ended up doing. There is a McDonald’s about 50-100 feet away, and you can see the Krispy Kreme drive through from their windows. By the time we ordered and started to eat at McDonalds (yes, you lost a sale), the Krispy Kreme line had only moved one car.
I’m not sure who is to blame for this, but it sounds like almost everyone is having the same experience here. They either need to hire more people or get rid of whomever they have…I dont know. And open your lobby! We want to see the Donuts being made. Why decorate the lobby if no one gets to experience it?

This used to be a great location to grab a quick sweet treat. Not today, tried to go into the lobby to sit down and enjoy it, but their lobby is closed? At 11am? Go through the drive through and they say they are short on donuts and have a very limited selection. How? Like your a donut shop. Very disappointed considering QuikTrip had all the donuts in the world right next to you, and they I am pretty sure use your donuts.

I arrived at 7:30 AM to pick up an order I placed the night before and had already paid for. The lobby was supposed to be open at 6am and it was not open when I arrived. I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes with 4 cars in front of me just to be told at the window (not even the order microphone) that they were out of everything I ordered. Bruh. Never will I make the mistake of ordering here again.

What happened to Krispy Kreme?? They used to be so delicious. We stopped by on Saturday afternoon, and got 3 donuts. They were not good. I took a bite out of one, and threw the rest in the trash. Gross, old, just blah. Will never return to another Krispy Kreme again. We have tried a few times at other locations thinking it was a fluke. No, they are just not good donuts anymore. Read the horrible reviews. I can’t believe they’re in business.
